1 yellow onion, 1cup broccoli sauteed in olive oil and wheat/gluten-free soy sauce

this morning:

4 oz rotisserie chicken breast
2 tbsp salsa

dinner:

1.55 lbs grilled ribeye steak
1 cup steamed broccoli

this morning:

1/2 spinach, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, ham

Hi exercise log is seperate. 13 lbs in a month is pretty good, I think if you lost much more than that you'd be losing a lot of muscle.

I have to ask though, why would you need to do this multiple times? Is your diet 180 from this once you're done?
