Yes! Yes! Yes! That's the JK I love to read!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I prefer this JKing

You mean, why do I hate my own race, right? I don't. I grew up in the rural South, around black people. I know them, and I'm not afraid of them. I also had the pleasure of being raised my a pathologically racist, idiot father who would have blamed black people if the sun didn't come up in the morning. "N" bombs every other sentence, white people who associated with blacks were "n****r lovers." So, when I say that dancing around the issue with code words, accusing me of being racist for calling out racists, etc. won't work on me, I fucking mean it. I know all the tricks, all the code words, all the bullshit rhetoric. You're a racist, plain and simple. And a sorry excuse for a human being for defending another racist who killed a black kid for defending himself against said racist.

Doesn't look like he was answering for spidey, looks like he was describing his experiences with high level execs who can't spell.

In reading it again it's possible. If in fact I am wrong my apologies for claiming they are the same people.

Seemed pretty obvious at the time but I could be wrong.

So spidey and chucky you have my apology for falsely accusing you of being the same person, if your not.

Dude it happens, this place at times moves quite quickly, someone can reply and it appears that they're another person. There have been times I've thought tashatexas was an alt for either JKing or airdata as they sometimes post so close together and their posts compliment each too closely. Then other days they don't post anything similar.

Why else would you respond as spidey?

I am the CTO for a private company in Portland Oregon. 140 employees of which I have 12 direct reports with 60 people in my org.

We know your tech support or something and have no grasp of how upper management operates or makes business decisions.

I'm a former Program Manager, do firedrill stuff now, no Prog.M. anymore. I've had as many employees on a Prog reporting to me as you have in your whole company. When I made that post I'm talking from a large company perspective, not a puny one like yours. My boss two levels up has almost a thousand people under him, and he's a small fish in the Leadership sea.

Unless you've done something else, you have no concept of what you're talking about. In your world you're "C level". In my world you're the bottom of the Leadership chain, one step above peon.

Now I understand how you could know so little of what I was speaking too...

I think sometimes due to limited time I scan too quickly, what I need to do is assume less given I don't have the time to properly look at it.

Prior to starting this company, I worked as svp of technology for SBC.

I had 15 direct reports and 1000-1200 in my org. But that is not what qualifies me to know you don't grasp making business decisions from an executive level.

What you write on the topic is from a low level worker perspective not executive.

And while the company I am with and have ownership of now is small.
It's worth 5x EBITDA of 20mil. Or 100mil.

You post content on the subject speaks for itself, you have no clue how company policy and business decisions are made.

Hahaha...so so funny. You're talking to a guy in IT that has literally been on programs/projects in IT, on meetings with VP's, Dir's, same level on business client side, where some poor chinese or indian guy brought to the call to answer technical questions (because the higher ups don't have a F'ing clule unless it's spoon fed to them - hint: that's you) who doesn't know better asks, 'Why are we doing this, it doesn't make sense?', and it comes out that we need to do this because Legal wants us to make the change because some PC BS. Or we're on a level set call with just Leadership and we've got some PC VP who wants an option in there, well, because (the option happens to be a 'Press 1 for English'), she happens to be latina, and, weirdly, no one can find that in the functional requirements. When pressed, we're hushly told "Do it...".

If you are who you say you are, you are exactly the problem. Either directly, or, allowing the PC BS to actually happen by setting that tone.

The ironing is delicious....

Now the judge can go back to playing golf with the racist Holder and gang.

Yep. That's where they plot the downfall of the rightly appointed master race of America. Be afraid, whitey. Be very afraid. Join your local Militia today!

Good news indeed. There was clear bias there.

The truth shall set Z-man free.

Do you think about Z-man when you're masturbating, Spidey? Is that why you use slogans that remind me of something highschool cheerleaders would say?

I was about to point out the obvious racism in your post, but then I read some more of your posts, and have decided you are some parody of a racist person that the mods allow to stick around.

Actually quite amusing...

Again, you have nothing to add to the discussion about the judge being told to step down, so you attack someone by insinuating they are homosexual, or young and female.

What's amusing is that you don't realize the standard Rovian tactic of "You're a racist if you point out racism!" makes you look like a complete moron. It doesn't work on people with an IQ above 85. People who don't watch Fox, read Breitbart (Thank you God, for sending him to Hell,) or listen to Limbaugh. In other words, people smarter than you.

Oh, I"m quite convinced Spidey is a closeted homosexual. I don't have a problem with, but he sure does.

You are quite confused. Someone who attacks the GOP with racist ("whitey"), homophobic (sexual attack on Spidey), and misogynistic (cheerleader) comments, pretending to be an understanding liberal. Yet you are obviously a Christian (bolded above).

I won't put you on ignore because you are semi-comical, but I won't respond to you and derail this thread anymore.

Wow, I'm surprised with this decision.

I'm glad to see this happen. Some of the things between the bail revocation hearing and the second bail hearing made me think he was "shooting from the hip".

Specifically, indicating that he expected Zimmerman to testify if he wanted bail; a clear 5th violation.

Calling the accused a liar when he's not on trial for perjury or making false statements wasn't the epitome of professionalism either.

The judge makes the decision at the immunity trial, so this is VERY good for zimmerman to remove a judge who was biased against him and predjudicially punished him with bail.

I have to wonder, if he is granted immunity does the state have to pay him for the money he's out for bail?

Then there's the conspiracy theory of the judge not wanting anything to do with this case so found a way to subtly get him off it. Wouldn't want any of holder's panthers murdering him.

And I'm telling you that's where you fail.
No exec Worth their salt makes business decisions based on political correctness. They do do based on what's best for the business. If that cross section is creating a Spanish speaking ivr prompt, it's because you have Spanish speaking customers.

If legal is dictating there needs to be a Spanish prompt there is a financial motivator behind it, such as risk mitigation.

Your assumption these decisions are made to satisfy some arbitrary PC initiative is wrong.
