Yeah I get that way after working a 12 hours shift haha. Would I trade it for anything in the world though? Never.
Because you get to be 'the man'? Why would anyone want to work 12 hour shifts? That's like a lawyer saying it's not about the money.

Keep making assumptions and generalizations about me and why I do what I do. They are really entertaining.

IMO the guy was being an asshole, but that doesn't necessarily justify tasing him. The video is too murky to really see the extent of his resistance, and I wouldn't support tasing him if all he's doing is passive resistance to being removed.
even if they warned him that if he didn't calm down he'd be tased?
A competent officer would have resolved the situation without escalating the level. These untrained baffoons made it seem to me that if they had rubber bullets they would have gone to shooting by the end of the video.
without being there and witnessing it (yes, the video tape was poor quality) i guess none of us should really draw conclusions.
you would think that if someone's behavior made an officer verbally warn about the possibility of being tazed that you'd change your behavior. i would... unless i wanted to be tazed to make a scene.

Just after they cut the mic he turns and starts walking for the aisle when the rent-a-cops walk up to him. You can hear him at another point say just let go of me and I'll walk out of here. And then there is the portion where one of the cops picks him up and carries him from about half way up the aisle to the top of the aisle where the tazer scene takes place. For one guy to carry him that distance, doesn't look like he's resisting much. Or why stop carrying him once you've got him that far to then worry about cuffing and tazing; can't you just be content to remove him from the scene.
