If you are going to play that game, I can play it too. I can quote multiple posts about how I support ordinary chinese. How about I post them, then you apologize to me in public and leave this place forever? Deal?

svnla supports china not the usa. commie.

guns make you less safe. no lie about it.

Where did I say I hate minority simply because of their color/race/creed and not just because of their bad behavior/actions?

Look like we have the MORON brothers (jstorm and agent) that think they can tell lies over and over again will make those lies become true.

You simply must be more careful how you express yourself here regarding "minorities." The second part of your bolded statement above could be heard as an overarching negative stereotype, and was so reported. Your most critical task is to find a way to put your views forward sans crude, or even inadvertently crude racism.

Because of numerous past posts of yours, you have a target on your back. Please post with extreme care, or, sad to say, this will not end well for you. :(

She tried to sound more Sanders like. I doubt anyone bought it.
Centrist half-dumb lost to business full-tard.

This was DOA regardless given the elected leaders and the presidential candidates on both sides.

incoming Democratic leader, Sen. Charles E. Schumer (N.Y.), pledged to not allow the trade pact in its current form to come up for a vote if his party wins enough seats in November to make him majority leader next year.

Of course it would be a disaster for the entire world if Chinese-American relations were severed, but China does more than just create junk now. They have tons of natural resources, and have been expanding in Africa to increase their slice of the pie even further. They have a very flexible form of government, and while the immediate depression would be terrible, there's no reason they can't go full-nationalist/fascist and start building for themselves, as well as their immediate neighbors (the entirety of Southeast Asia seems to be going wonky right now). They're increasingly well-educated and could conceivably approach the cutting-edge of tech in a decade or two and be as competitive as any Western industry; a relative lack of ethical constraints could even put them ahead of us where medicine and biotech are concerned.

Oh, and they have nukes, which means most of the world is limited in terms of constraining their expansion.

And our military is reliant on China for one reason or another to remain operational.

Yeah, this totally changes our military viewpoint of the PacRim and makes our goods completely uncompetitive.

Liar like you can't handle the truth. Facts are facts.

Still no go? Again? Yup, all talk and zero action. Folded like a true bitch. Show your true color, eh?

What do you hope to accomplish beyond unanimous recognition as king of the trailer park playground?

A little background about commie china money in Africa - https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...t-60-billion-in-africa-heres-what-that-means/

Africans better watch out of commie china will claim 90% of Africa based on the "since ancient time" lie as they are doing right now in SCS.

As I said, accept my challenge and I will show you the posts (note the plural) in which I supported minorities and ordinary chinese. Since you can't or rather will not able/dare to do so, everyone knows that I schooled you again. More shame and humiliation in public from me to you. You are very welcome. :D

Come on, take the challenge, don't be like commie china, so tough to shoot monks in Tibet and students in Tiananmen Square but so cowardice and would not dare to take on anyone that could shoot back.

It's honestly not a shock. By scrapping the highly misunderstood TPP (it became a political punching bag for both left and right), we're giving up a lot and sacrificing future soft-power in the region.
http://nyti.ms/2eohUwi

You hit it right on the head. Ironically the TPP was something both the Bush and Obama administration worked hard on, and it's basic intention was to restrain China's spreading influence in the rapidly developing Asia region. China was specifically excluded from TPP. Now that our allies have (rightfully) concluded TPP is dead, they are jumping ship and negotiating similar deals with China that exclude the USA. Australia, Peru and others are already well along this path.

End result is we have screwed ourselves through our selection of a leader and short-sighted, half baked understanding of TPP (deliberating fostered by our politicians and pundits). Sanders and Trump were adamently opposed to it, Clinton voiced her opposition but it was pretty widely
understood on the international scene that she would have probably tried to fine tune it.

There is a saying in the military that bad generals train to fight the last war. Ditto here re our diplomacy-the general public, pundits, Trump, Sanders and to a large extent Clinton all treated TPP like it was 1988 all over again and manufacturing jobs would flee the USA. Sorry guys that horse has already left the barn and ain't coming back.

I've said it many times before, but I can't wait until China destroys Western hyper-consumption degeneracy. It would be all the more poetic if a chronic spendthrift and symbol of obscene opulence like Trump is the guy to pull the trigger.

Intentionally wanting your country to crash and burn just so you can say I told you so. As Moonie would say the self-loathing is strong in this one.

Have you ever taken any positive action to try to change the direction of our society or merely going along for the ride and letting others steer the course?

Mmmm, the problem is we are attached at the hip. It's like we're in a sack race with China - attempting to screw us over would only make them fall square on their face as well.

Good, I fail to see how an agreement made with close to zero input from labor and is written so complex even experts of the subject matter have disagreements over what the text means could lead to anything good

Not sure what that is supposed to tell me. I think it's a great thing that Chinese businesses and government see Africa as an investment with potential from rather than a pathetic child that needs to be fed once in a while when it cries. That's the kind of attitude needed to bring Africa into the developed world.

The Paracel Islands are rightful Chinese clay and were stolen by France, btw. Vietnamese transplants need to be evicted.

Unlike the average American, I don't have $10k in credit card debt or $30k of college debt in a useless degree. I vote against entitlement programs and special-interest benefits. I don't know what power I have beyond that to change anything, as the nation is full of credit-addicts and we're at a point where attempts to curtail that will likely have immediate negative effects. fwiw I don't want the country to burn forever, I don't think we really can, too many motivated people to let that happen forever. I do think that our current standard of living is unsustainable though, barring some miracle discovery in energy tech or similar, and that the developing world is trying their hardest to get as close as they can to us. What I welcome is a competitive, healthy middle-class in the developing world to give us a wake-up call once shit eventually hits the fan.
