Not sure if this is the right thread, but "This seems bad" is just a mild understatement.

Nothing important, just uncensored top secret information including information likely identifying every single active Russian intelligence source for the US, that just happened to walk off hours before Trump left office.

Republicans will be outraged by this as if 2016 taught us one thing it's that they will not abide the mishandling of classified information.

And every Democrat should be asking where this report is every single day. Huge failure not pointing out how incompetent competent the former President was with secrets and documents.

Nah he’s very competent in handling of top secret documents. They are his to use for his own pleasure.

Well, a broken clock tells the right time twice a day. Not sure if she deserves any credit, but it looks like she holding to the original schedule for the trial.

That cliche only applies to 12 hr clocks…there are 24 hr clocks widely in use. A broken 24 hr clock is correct only once per day. 🤪

Why stop there? 😛
The hour glass has already been done.

Edit: Did you see the temporal hours clock I did a few years ago?

I was watching a security expert on MSNBC and while he couldn't legally discuss what was in this "binder" he did point out that it was over 2,000 pages (four reams of paper) and is one of the most secret things we have. The cost to try to repair the damage for this breach is going to be enormous.

IMO it's already in Moscow via the Trumpsters. At best Donnie is holding it as some form of insurance against the prosecutions against him (drop the cases or this gets publicly released/shipped to Moscow). That Meadows was literally trying to get it declassified 15 minutes before Trump's term was up is absolutely mind blowing to me.

It was reportedly mostly raw intel, including sources and methods. The holy of holies.

Not right topic but dont think we have one for 14A state rulings one. Colorado supreme court reverses ruling. Orange monkey removed from the ballot
This will certainly be appealed to the Supreme Court (and ruling is on hold pending that review), but this will force the Supreme Court to take that very challenging case on short notice.

P&N has at least one thread for everything.

I'm not sure he will appeal this ruling to the Supreme Court. Here is the thing, as of that ruling he is not eligible to be on the ballot in Colorado. A few more states might follow suit, but probably not any of the ones he has a reasonable chance at winning, but if he takes it to SCOTUS and they find against him it is all over. The highest court in the nation will have ruled that he is not, and never again can be, eligible to hold any federal office. It is really possible that SCOTUS will rule 4-3 against him with Roberts joining the more liberal Justices if for no other reason than it makes the rest of the cases that he is forcing on them moot.

It would have to be 5-4 (there are 9 justices on the SCOTUS). what they should do, is refuse the case, stating that congress is the only entity that has the authority to remove that disability, as stated in the constitution.

"Special counsel questioned witnesses about 2 rooms FBI didn't search inside Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence: Sources"

"Trump allegedly had the closet's lock changed while his attorney was in Mar-a-Lago's basement, searching for classified documents in a storage room that he was told would have all such documents."

talking about conscious of guilt, although i don't understand why the FBI didn't break into that closet.
They did know about the closet, but went with their story that it was just an abandoned stairway closed up. WTF!

2023 made back a bit more than what was lost in 2022. Though the drop in 22 meant the investments made through 22 and 23 got me more than in 21.
