And if it turns out that some critical classified information was compromised by his actions what then?

If you or I were being served a warrant by the FBI we would most likely find out about it when they kicked in the front door and we would be leaving in cuffs.

Compared to what happens to "regular folks" all the time the Dumpster was treated with kid-gloves.

If he has classified documents he should be processed IAW the law.

HE wasn't there. He was in new York.

What this? Looks serious.
It could be anything. A hand written note in a toilet of unknown unproven pedigree... From someone selling a book.

Think those boxes he packed up from the White House are all handwritten notes? Highly unlikely but it would be almost impossible to convince a federal magistrate to issue a warrant on a former President for a bunch of hand written notes.

Trump signed an updated law making it a felony to do this very thing. Why bother to have laws if you aren't willing to enforce them. Unless you are a POC

Ok .... The Dumpsters PROPERTY was treated with kid gloves. (I was aware of this btw)

Happy now? ;)

I guess Greene and Boebert should smash their phones and wipe their computer hard drives

If it were me I certainly would. (and pronto)

The Orange Monkey was in possession of incriminating evidence pertaining to ME I'd be $hitting bricks about now. (especially if it was something he might be able to use to make a deal)

Time will tell what comes of this, I'll wait as we all should. The DOJ needs to make a statement as the speculation is only stirring things up more.

I also highly doubt that Trump packed a single paper into a box.

I was happy before. You just seemed confused as to his location during the drama fest at Mar-A-Largo...

Would a simple statement of documents crucial to national security, would that be enough for you? Assuming factual?

Yeah like that Comey press conference in the summer of 16 really settled things down.

I doubt Garland is going to make that mistake.

You mean when he stated all the things that were done illegally then assumed the role of prosecutor and stated he wouldn't press charges?

Stones case was in the middle of the night and nobody was around. They had to wake up the old man.

Trumps case - He was in New York.

Way over done in my opinion.
So, your beef is that traitors like Roger Stone may be inconvenienced? As for carrying firearm, someone correct me if I am wrong but federal agents are required to carry while on duty.

You do know Trump has the warrant. If it were just personal notes don't you think he would have released a copy?

Not only that but it would be all we were hearing about FROM Trump.

Donnie is in "desperate meeting with defense-attorney" mode this time and he sure as shooting won't be using inept Guiliani or the Kracken-lawyer with his slimy a$$ on the line for-real.

This is part of the fake elector investigation, and has nothing to due with this. I can't wait to see the communications with Clarke. Oh yea, they got his phone also. There some whiners that are getting really worried. I wonder why?

Seems they misspelled 'Gazpacho', lol.

BTW, as far as the raid being dramatic overkill and unnecessary- did the fed/archives not request them to be returned already? And gave him/them plenty of time and opportunity to do so? If that's the case, then yes: the raid was a necessary action (if they were going for said documents, anyway).

Let's see what other outlets dig up. Supposedly Trump's lawyers told the feds he didn't have anything else classified in his possession.
