What did he say that was incorrect?

This is exactly how they will see/spin it.

If they don't have something serious then all they did was add fuel to the Trump Fan Fire.

I believe if he broke the law he should be tried and given the appropriate sentence as per the law. Raiding his home with dozens of FBI Agents for documents (if true) was a stupid move in my opinion. Just as stupid as the arrest of Roger Stone in the middle of the night with a bunch of armed agents when they could have approached him and arrested him in the daytime with a couple of agents without weapons drawn.

If you read his He said it looks to him like this was a product of an FBI team freelancing and sought out a compliant magistrate judge.

1) This search required the approval of the attorney general as per DOJ policy.

2) What magistrate judge would review this is generally kept secret so it would be difficult to game this.

Basically Yang is talking out of his ass about a topic he doesn't understand.

If you don't want to admit that intense misogyny was a huge force working against her then that's your business I guess. This country is going to elect a gay man before it ever elects a woman.

People didn't like Hillary because she was a self absorbed conceited person with the personality of a turnip.

I wouldn't vote against anyone because they were a woman or gay. I can think of two women right off the bat I would vote for. I can't think of any gays off the top of my head worthy of a vote.

Was that proven in a court of law? Or is this based on your personal interactions with her?

What has this have to do with a court or the law?

Apples and oranges.

It is based on my personal opinion of her and watching her for many years....

Well she's never been convicted in a court so......

I agree she has never been convicted of a crime and is presumed innocent.

The claim made that she wasn't liked because she was a woman is laughable.

I think what people are trying to get at here is for people like Hillary Clinton you're perfectly willing to judge the available evidence and come to a conclusion but when conservatives engage in misconduct you want to wait for the courts. Why the difference?

I don't think I ever stated that she should be jailed without her day in court. Do I think she mishandled classified documents? Yes I do. Do I think she should have been tried in court? Yes I do. And if they have evidence enough to arrest Trump he should also be given his day in court. Just the same as any United States Citizen.

But we all know these people get away all the time...

There's no way the FBI went in without knowing they had a strong case and that they would find what they needed. We can't have law enforcement not do their jobs because conservatives are going to cry on social media. He was already given the opportunity to hand back the material but chose to keep some so a raid would be needed to ensure capture of the material before it could be moved. Now if it can be proven this was just a political move then heads should roll, otherwise it's business as usual.

And the logic you used here is how they get away with it. You just don't get it. Whataboutism and bothsiderism are the tools of corruption. Ordinary US citizens don't get away with crimes because some partisan grievance has to be settled first.
