Had you read the ruling, you would know that it was NOT deciding whether or not CNN's story was accurate. It was considering CNN's motion to dismiss the complaint without trial. As the judge pointed out repeatedly in his ruling, when considering a motion to dismiss he must presume all of the plaintiff's allegations are true. The motion to dismiss can be granted only if the plaintiff's case is so baseless that it will fail even if all of his claims are true. This judge looked at the case and said __IF__ the plaintiff's claims are all true, the case should go to trial. That's it. The judge did not rule at all about CNN's accuracy. That will come in the trial.

In short, by your own standards, Lawnewz.com is fake news. You've been duped again.

Moreover, they didn't report the details of the many different reports in the dossier. They merely reported that the dossier existed, and it was alleged to contain incriminating information the Russian government could use to influence Trump. Both claims are accurate.

If you are so desperate to find incompetent and corrupt media, I suggest you focus on the right-wing advocacy media and the propaganda blogs that cater to the right-wing fringe (e.g., Breitbart, Daily Caller, American Thinker, etc.) Their entire business model is reporting speculation, innuendo, and outright lies as fact.
