But thing is, it was the justices that posed the hypothetical questions. The lawyers haven’t explicitly said Biden will have these same new powers. Because they know they’ll both side this the very moment Biden actually does this to preserve democracy to assassinate the orange monkey

I can’t believe Greenman and PCGeek are not in this thread arguing against the American Monarchy Trump wants. It’s almost like they are disingenuous MAGAs … many people are saying
Those two don't know the answer to the question...

If you stick your arm in a tiger cage and the tiger rips it off, who's fault is it?

‘As president I will have the power to kill any American who opposes me’ is quite the argument for someone running for president to make.

well, we know that greenman endorses it. At least, it's because Turmp and his lawyers didn't explicitly use those exact words in their argument, regardless of whether that is exactly what their argument supports...which it does. 3rd graders have command of such logic to understand this.

Of course, if black man made that argument, these fucking chumbos would be losing their shit.

What’s interesting here is that they essentially did use those exact words and even more so did so with Trump in the room and not objecting.

Republicans are endorsing someone who claims the authority to kill anyone and everyone who opposes him, and he’s doing that explicitly.

Remember when Obama used that drone strike to kill an American in Yemen? I guess Trump is saying that was saying that was A-OK.

Biden needs to get busy. The GOP appears to support the position that the President can have anyone killed he wants. So it's time to get to work!

/s of course because that would be an absolute shit show and Biden is smart enough to know better.

I hope the government makes the argument at SCOTUS that if they agree with Trump then Biden can just drop a half dozen 2000lb JDAMs on Mar A Lago the next time Trump has an event there and be immune from prosecution.

While it was certainly implied it would have been amusing for the judge to ask Trump's lawyer if he was actually making the argument that Biden could assassinate his client any time he feels like it.

They're absolutely fine with it so long as it doesn't directly inconvenience them personally. They both express their yearning to have a good, strong, hard man to fulfill them.
