He unilaterally ended joint exercises with one of our principal allies in the region and did so without notice or consultation. If you were South Korea today how sure are you as to the status of our alliance? I wouldn’t be very sure.

That’s a very big deal and we should not hesitate to condemn Trump for giving this up for nothing. He has got to learn how to negotiate.

Well it's pretty obvious by now that Trump wasn't/isn't negotiating on behalf of the nation he "leads".. Instead, all he's been doing is showboating, trying to make things all about himself.
