Ugh. I hate being that guy. I'm always conscious of being in that position, so I creep as far forward as possible. And then I get the rearview mirror evil eyeball from the guy in front of me who wonders WTF I'm doing crawling up on his bumper. And if it's still not quite enough space for the guy behind to get by, he still tries like hell, risking scraping both his car and yours.

If you're creeping up as far as possible (or even sorta close), you're not that guy.
