Carly made the point of the night when she addressed crony capitalism and big government for big companies and big companies for big government.

Leveling the playing field is a primary concern for both the R's and the D's, it's time to dig in deeper to what is causing it to be uneven in the first place and start a more meaningful debate on the causes and solutions.

Beyond that, Jeb is dead, Trump is stumped and Rubio is the new hope for the Republican establishment. Carson will have to be taken out next.

The win win for the current corrupt status quo is Jeb or Rubio vs Hilary.

Obviously the debate structure is preposterous. 30 and 60 seconds quips are absurd when we are trying to get a meaningful look at multi faceted problems the nation faces. Hard to take anything serious when bleeding hurts, and the debate structure simply drops all the candidates into a blender. The intent is clear.

Bush said a few good things. But then again both Bushes before him said a few good things too. The problem is that they say these wonderful things then they get into office and they explode the deficit, expand entitlements, and go to war.

Daddy Bush raised taxes fyi.

Reagan also raised taxes but you'll never get the necrophiliacs that worship him to admit it.

Yep...he compromised on many issues to further the conservative agenda, including tax increases to get spending cuts...a promise that Democrats never honored.

Cruz missile!

And think you CNBS for showing your true comic book-like performance tonight. The candidates came together and showed the voters that Clinton's super pac is indeed the MSM.

From the bottom of my conservative heart I thank you for ensuring a Republican wins the election. :D

Go back and review 1st question asked Hillary at the Dem debate. You may have to modify this post.

Righties are always using the media as an excuse to explain their policies being out of touch with the mainstream

I think I was 6 at the time, so not too much to remember. :)

That was essentially Bushes response to Clinton during a debate about raising taxes. Bush claimed that he did not raise taxes he raised fees.

Hilarity ensued after that comment.

Looking back at him Bush Sr. was not a bad President. He was a bit less concerned about the economy than he should have been but he made a big decision to end the fighting in Iraq. I remember him in an interview years later says he watched a video of an Apache gun ship tracking (I think he called it stalking) a lone soldier on the ground then using its cannons to corral him so he could be shot properly. Bush felt that was an incorrect use of the military and doing stuff like that doesn't help anyone. Interesting observation from a guy who actually did some fighting in WW2.

Exactly. And every candidate on that stage made at least one truly great point last night. Yet get them in power and they're robbing entitlement programs, turning a blind eye to Super PAC, expanding crony capitalism and going back to the perpetual war state like everyone else. How many times are we going to be fucked without a single kiss before people get it. lol

Carly Fioriana actually made an excellent point about CEO's being way more legally accountable for their decisions and budgets than Presidents. But no thank you... having a CEO - especially one so inept - in the White House is akin to having a fox guard hens.

absolutely, all those budgets that the Democrats forced ole Ronny to sign against his will. We can dig Reagan up and run him for the Republican nomination. I am sure he would be more coherent then some on the stage last night including Jeb who is 7-0 in his fantasy football league.

CNN FACT CHECK: Carly Fiorina is just plain wrong on this 'fact

Lately, Fiorina likes to say: "92% of the jobs lost during Barack Obama's first term belonged to women."
She said it Thursday morning on CNN. She said it Wednesday night at the debate, and she wrote it in an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal earlier this week.
On the wrong-o-meter, this gets a 10 out of 10.
There were actually more women working at the end of Obama's first term than when he started.

Oh these republican debates...
Pull anything out of your ass because, who's paying attention anyway? ;)

ahh ok. agreed, a blurb is a blurb. Unless Obama says it, then it's catastrophic and a war on christmas

I forgot the moderator did ask about should fantasy football teams be regulated assuming some of their employees are using inside information to make money. Silly question from the moderator they all brushed it off.

You and Moonie need to hook up I think, he's got books worth of self hate material to try and indoctrinate you with.
I've yet to see a Steamer post that gave me any confidence that he could read a book. At least Jhhnn can parse a post and regurgitate a nominally related talking point. Steamer's steamers appear to be more or less random idiocy.

I'm honestly shocked even for P&N the mods haven't banned him. Jhhnn...well...the best that can be said is he regurgitates something all over himself haha.
