if you don't think a movie about a little girl starving to death isn't sad, you have no soul....Anime? Oh right, you're gay, I forgot.
I have seen Titanic and Forrest Gump as well....and I am not sure how they are considered sad movies. My daughter "now 15" still goes around sometimes and says.....Jack, a boat. 🙂 And I remember in the theatres that I busted out laughing when the guy fell off and hit the propeller...DING....lol
Idiocracy - because it's actually going to happen
If were including TV Show I might have to say the last episode of Babylon 5.
Just finished watching it with the g/f (my 4th time watching it, her first), we had to stop like 3-4 times through the 40 minute episode because she was sobbing.

Predator ...when that alien has to blow himself up just to keep those asshole marines from trying to kill him ... so fucking sad. i mean, he was stuck on the planet and just trying to live his life, but noooooo ...
thanks asshole, i haven't seen the movie. learn to spoiler tag.
saddest movie ive seen? good question.....i am not a bitch so I don't watch sad movies. lost in translation was probably the closest thing to a sad ending I can honestly remember.
Cowboy Bebop had a sad ending, only because it was only 24 episodes long =[
#1 The Deer Hunter
#2 The Sugarland Express (Stevey Spielberg's only good movie)
