Yeah, I think it might replace what used to be my weekly Halo group (we stopped because Halo 4 just wasn't any fun). They moved to BF4 on the Xbox One for now, but I'm sure Titanfall will replace it. I can't even bring myself to buy BF4 on console, especially when I have it on PC already and it is a much better experience IMO.

i never even played halo 4 multiplayer. i don't think ever even put disc 2 into my 360. i definitely am interested in titanfall since it looks a bit different than what they've been feeding us the past 5 years or so. overall i'm pretty burnt out of fps games so hopefully it has something new that will be enjoyable. if a new far cry comes out i'm all over that as well.

It's the only game for Xbone that actually has me excited even after the low player count. Hopefully it plays as well as the hype says it does but I'll still wait for reviews on it.

How many times have us as gamers been burned on games that look awesome but when it actually comes out, is a total dud?

Yes... looks sick. Can't wait. Really tired of ghost, and can't get into bf4. DOTA 2 on the pc been keeping me occupied for now, and some 2k14 on the 1.

I still have my cable connected through my Xbox 1. The only problem I did have is that the Kinect stopped working - I would get an error that said "Kinect is unplugged". After troubleshooting and trying to reconnect it, I had to have it replaced through MSFT Advance Exchange. The new one they sent works perfectly.

Not a problem, but I have a Harmony One remote that I use to control everything. When it first turns everything on and you're at the landing screen with options to go to TV/Netflix/etc., and you're not using voice commands for Kinect, how do you get it to change to TV/Netflix/etc.? Do you have to set up some unique controls with the Harmony?

IGN's Tomb Raider Definitive Edition review

The upstep in visual detail from the older console versions is a nice bonus, but Tomb Raider didn’t need massaging. It’s the same well-realised action reboot for Lara Croft that came as such a pleasant surprise last year. It’s still well-written, sympathetic, exciting, beautiful, and just incredibly well-made.

9.1 Amazing
TR: Definitive Edition’s good looks are a bonus. It’s still Lara, great pacing, and clever design that make it amazing.

I'm in the same boat as you. The spawn system in ghosts is a complete joke and it makes me not want to play it, unless I'm with a full party. I also can't get into BF4 at all, and I play 2k14 daily, although I did have a problem with it corrupting my game files.

Ghosts really does suck. I'm over that game and bf4 still doesn't work right. I'll be trading in ghosts and forza this week since all I really play is dead rising 3 and NBA 2k

I think I'll just complete the campaign in ghosts. I've had good luck with bf4 on the playstation. After bf4 I can't get used to the cod gameplay style anymore.

I'll never buy battlefield again. Ill stick to cod when treyarch makes it so I can play zombies online with my friends. I've played 2k14 more then any other game. Forza gives me motion sickness so it has to get traded in or sold on craigslist, I just can't handle it

Only 5 days? That doesn't seem like nearly enough time to get real feedback.

Oh and MS says they will be releasing an update that diverts some GPU resources away from kinect when it's not being used in the game. Apparently there is 10% of the GPU horsepower reserved for kinect functionality. They are going to make it so that when the kinect is not in use, that GPU power can be used by the games. There will still be 2% reserved for voice functionality though.

With a release date of 11 March I suspect the focus will be on how the servers deal with the load so that the online aspect will be nice and smooth.

I didn't see anybody mention this, but MS bought the Gears of War franchise from Epic and has another game (at least, in the planning stages) of development.

after the 4th gears of war (actually more like 3 is when i got tired of it, i had no desire to play 4 at all) i can't say i'm excited for a new gears of war game.

I really enjoyed Gears 1, meh on 2 and 3 and never cared to play the 4th but I will give the next gen version a chance

Gears never felt quite right to me. Maybe it was the way the camera was set and how the characters moved. I always wanted it to be first person instead.
