It seems that all the donations being made to Trump's 'Election Defense Fund' are actually going to pay off his campaign debt and to the RNC, and not to legal expenses to contest the election. So this appears to be yet another dangerous con that Trump is playing on the American people.

considering that their suits are getting tossed out in order due to "lack of paper filing," I think this is correct. They aren't trying to actually mount a legal challenge at all. Just going thought the bare minimum of motions, such that nothing actually happens and no one is really paid, in order to grift yet more money from the dumbest motherfuckers on the planet, to pay for their own repeated, gross incompetence.

Lets be honest about things.. Trump is not leaving the White House.

Trump will not be able to overturn the vote and win through the Electoral College based on the peoples votes. I think even he is smart enough to realize this. What he really is trying to do is sow enough doubt in the validity of the vote to do one or a combination of several things:

1. Get the states to appoint a separate set of electors who will favor him
2. Get the final determination to be done by the House
3. Have the Supreme Court make the final decision.

I would not rule out any of these three possibilities, although hopefully there is at best a slim chance of any of them occurring.

When Mitch McConnell stated THE OUTCOME WILL DELIGHT TENS OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS, AND DISAPPOINT TENS OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS, this was his assurance that republicans will win and Democrats will lose. Mitch knows exactly the process to enable a Donald Trump presidency and that process will come from the United States Supreme Court. Mitch McConnell will be a major part of ensuring that process takes place as intended. If you read between the lines, Mitch just told the world that Joe Biden will lose and Donald Trump will win. Mitch has already finished the hard part by creating a Donald Trump US Supreme Court, now all that Mitch must do for his part would be making sure this Donald Trump court follows through with what it was created to do. Protect Donald Trump.

Biden won millions more votes, and a convincing majority in the electoral college. He's going to be the President, in Washington, of the entire United States. If Blue states had to put up with Trump for 4 years after he lost the popular vote, Red states can suck it up and put up with Biden.
