On the other hand, from Day 1 in the Senate Barack Obama was viewed as a presidential candidate and dealt with federal issue that he'd face as president.
I guess old JFK lacked any presidential leadership ability, since he'd only been in the Senate, not governor. And oh ya, didn't you support McCain... Senator McCain?
