One story out of thousands, want to compare CNN's retractions to FOXs over the years? The Seth Rich story ring a bell?

Or want to compare fox employees who have been reprimanded put on suspension, quit fox or fled in disgrace? Roger Ailes, Bill O'reilly, Gretchen Carlson, Bob Beckel, Michelle Fields, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Andrea Tantaros, Marc Lamont Hill, Ed Henry, Paula Zahn, Andrew Napolitano, Eric Burns, Dick Morris, and the list goes on and on.

Also the CNN employee is NOT an Executive, sheez, he is a producer for medical stories. And CNN doesn't give a rats ass about the video.

anonymous sources are implicitly untrustworthy, if i said i had an anonymous source who claimed that trump was bigfoot in disguise would it have any value besides absurdity? no of course not.

and there is no real evidence of trump having russian connections, which was my point. you say i hold false beliefs, you should really examine your position.

that's why the mainstream media relies on multiple sources confirming facts before they report them. what CNN presents as breaking news has typically been reported on Twitter weeks if not months before. anonymous sources have been the backbone of breaking news for decades, it's nothing new.

and there is plenty of evidence that not only Trump, but many around him have Russian connections, that is a fact. you can argue that there we have not seen any evidence of direct collusion between Trump and Russia but we also haven't seen what the FBI/CIA/NSA and other nations IC have seen.

This liberal vs conservative game is what your rulers and their media puppets want you to participate in. They give you the illusion of choice.

But it seems like the vast majority of people buy into this. They take up liberal or conservative causes believing they are helping humanity when in fact, they are only dividing humanity even further.

We humans are just as tribal as we have ever been and this conservative vs liberal game is just another example of it.

you keep using the word facts in your post, but claims made that are attributed to an anonymous source do not qualify as facts ever.

the tactics that Trump and all of his bots and willing victims are using against the media are straight out of Nazi Germany, lügenpresse.

that's a little scary.

Trump said he sent detectives to Hawaii and dug up Obama fake birth certificates. What price did Trump or Fox pay for hyping that bullshit?

I note you are willing to take the word of someone with zero credibility with a history of doctoring footage. Your soul is getting blacker by the day.
If you know how this guy didn't actually mean any of the things he seemed to have been saying then please let us know.

Huh, with you specifically I'm not sure why anyone is even bothering engaging in interaction with you.

I like my trolls to be clever.

I'm choosing to participate rather than just read this thread in order to tell you that I'm putting you on ignore not because your beliefs differ from mine but because you are too boring to endure.

For the love of Gawd and for sake of those who will continue to interact with you please invest in acquiring a genuine sense of humor (whit) and... Idk, maybe read a book or two on how to be somewhat interesting. I'm not sure there's a huge book selection on how to do something half way but it's already your gift so if anyone can find books on how to be marginally interesting my money is on you. Go buddy, Go!

how did you feel about correct the record hiring goons to go around spreading disinfo? or is it only an orwellian nightmare when your opponent is conservative?

you liberals continue to amaze me, a story is retracted, people are resigning and theres actual video of cnn executives admitting that their mcarthyesque crusade against trump is completely fake news. yet through some incredible feats of mental gymnastics create this fiction that conservatives are the ones being duped.

and theres this gem:

truly astounding

My post had nothing to do with CNN because boomerang's post that I was replying to had nothing to do with CNN. The point was that people will always want to believe they're not the stupid ones and that luckily, we have objective measures on which side is full of useless idiots in counting their respective contributions to society.

Liberals have pretty much all of scientific progress to date, all good music, literature and art, space travel, and are responsible for all technological innovation in the country and therefore our current economic standing. You, on the other hand, can go listen to talentless hacks like Kid Rock in your coal rolling pickup and read petty preteen fiction by Ayn Rand. You'll definitely be just like Howard Roark one day once enough of those tax cuts for the wealthy trickle down onto you.

so you attribute everything that is good in the world to liberals and everything bad to conservatives, yes very objective of you. it seems that you are also projecting your insecurities onto others online. regardless neither one is a strong argument in context to the topic at hand.

It's true by definition, and I'm not particularly worried about your thoughts on the strength of the argument.

Pointing out that you literally lack the capacity to use reasoning is a pretty strong argument.

see a reasonable person would admit that that their argument was a logical fallacy and back pedal and try to save face. you just double down on the ad hominem, i dont know what to make of that.

they say insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, something to dwell on maybe.

It's that conservative projection thing. Deep down they know they are consumers of utter bull shit sources.
Once again we devolve into conservative vs liberal argument.

Do you guys ever move beyond political theater or is that all there is to life? Scoring political points and "defeating" your political foe?

It's not the liberals' fault that your sort can't understand what objective means either, or anything else for that matter including this thread. That's just what conservatism thrives to be.

Logical fallacies apply to discussions between rational participants, not really the sort of thing your sort are ever party to.

It's simply a matter of fact that western liberalism stemming from the intellectual enlightenment rather differs from low edu/iq conservatism, even if you're highly motivated never to understand what that means.
