I have connected the two.

1) science has proven the reactive nature of conservatives is from a very very long time ago in human evolution. It was wonderful when tigers and lions and bears were after us,.. but, no need for it today. Since we are all fat and squishy in our homes.

2) Since this reactive mechanism is clearly in full effect (screaming about the war on Christians, ACA, immigrants - all hot button issues/alarms for conservatives), this mechanism is defective. It continues blaring and screaming over and over - with no end in sight (for now).
