We got a new kitten (well 5 months old) on the 26th to replace our recently passed orange tabby (RIP).

The integration with the existing cat (3 years) was pretty easy. They aren't the best of buddies yet, but they aren't killing eachother.

She was a stray rescue so we have to get some meat on her bones.

I let my cat run around outside. I cut a small hole on my windscreen so he could climb in and out. I then got a catcam to see what he's up to. Here's him going to my neighbor's house and calling out. I think he might be calling for another cat?

Not sure, she was a street rescue-she has unusually long hair for this climate (SoCal), so I'm guessing she's not native to this region.

Hi res:

That looks like either a Persian, or a Somali. The long fur, and M on the forehead are typical for those two breeds. I'm leaning more towards Somali.

She's a girl, and that's probably the last thing the poor mice see before she makes a kill 😀
