Anyone else's kitty play fetch??
2 of mine do. 1 likes to fetch plastic bottle caps and the other will fetch anything thrown. His favorite thing is plastic bags. The 3rd cat just sits there and watches. Apparently fat, lazy and stupid is the way to go through life

My Mom's cat used to (Maine my excellent compatriot) when it was a kitten. I had a small mouse, and could just watch TV in my chair and toss the mouse into another room, and she would chase it, pick it up, then run back to me jump in my lap and drop it.

She stopped doing it after she was about 1 year old though :\.

You never ate the mouse... So the cat decided it was wasting it's time. :D

after a long hard day of work i come home and my cat pops out of the litter box and has poopy butt and poopy paws. i had to grab him and wash his paws and ass before he'd run all over the house. sometimes he's just a clumsy mf'er and annoying, but so cute

Hahaha, our poor old Himmy used to do that sometimes. Just oblivious, not a malicious bone in his body, but it would stick to his butt then he'd try to outrun it, poop stinkin up the whole house. What I wouldn't give to have that back.

Your image does not work. You need to put it in the "Public" folder. Then copy the public URL.

[edit]
It's working now.

Is there a reason that they have manes? Do they do a lot of sparring?

Just a feature of their type of coat but size of the mane seems to vary depending how long their overall coat naturally is. The cat on the left is more medium length compared with her sister on the right who is a true long-hair. Generally they are adapted for colder temps so they have very thick coats to begin with.

EDIT: This was a feral kitten I was trying to coax from mom's porch. I was close but he disappeared.

Just so people know I wasn't torturing the poor guy.

Her are my 2 baby girls. Adopted them both when they were ~3 months old. Now they are both a bit over 1 year.

There's something so peaceful looking about a sleeping cat, despite the terror they are capable of when they are awake. My cat reminds me of what she is capable of whenever I have to bring her to the vet. I'm pretty those sounds were her coming very close to successfully summoning satan.
