Based on peoples posts how do you see the average Anandtech'er? For me, it seems like each person here is very successful or at least 'boosts' themselves a bit, I dont find it uncommon to see the following based on many many threads on the topics listed

Salary
minimum of 80k

Retirement
At least 15% in 401k and another 10% in other investments

Credit Score
At least 750

Live paycheck to paycheck?

No, at least 6 months of disposable income saved at any time

Hours worked per week

40-45

Hours of sleep needed

6, any more than 6 and they are actually more tired, never 8 hours

Either we have a lot of very successful people here or we have quite a few exaggerators, what do you guys think ;). Feel free to post your own ammendums!

well also, you have to realize the guy pulling in $25K a year is not going to boast that in every thread.

Certainly not! If you move over to love and relationships I believe the poll for the average amount of partners so far is at least 5 if not closer to 10 good sir!

Well....I only make 55K a year...and my credit score is not 750 but in the low 700s, I'm only putting like 7% in my retirement fund as of today. I have about 1-2 months of disposable income and I work about 48 hours a week on average and get about 7 hours of sleep a night.

Guess I'm an less than average ATOTer :p

I'm little over average - 23years old, 6fig salary, virtually no 401K, working 60hrs a week and sleep around 7hrs a week.

I've got cash tied up in my car and bike, otherwise the savings would be around 10-15K?

basing it on people's posts?

I'd go with 100K+ yearly salaries, millions put aside already for retirement, and a super model-hot girlfriend/wife.

7hrs a week or 7 hrs a day? I would drop dead if I only get 1 hr of sleep per day.
