Oh, so nothing new has emerged to get Dunn off the hook for this murder. The post by Spidey was just him being his usual racist self...

Spidey & SA will never change, sadly neither have the balls to admit they're racist. I would actually have a touch of respect for either if they just came out and said it. I mean shit, everyone on here knows it. Hell, my GF who's not even a member here knows it and all she's done is read like 3 posts from each I showed her.

My issue revolves around the fact that this is a situation between a businessman with no current history who claims that a group of young men who run with felons pointed a shotgun at him.

The felon thug crew were seen leaving the parking lot after the elderly businessman went running in fear of his life. They had no reason to leave.

Not only that, but they went and circled a parking lot before returning to the scene of the crime, which I cannot logically understand unless they were dumping a gun.

I understand that the businessguy went, ordered pizza, all that.. But I listened to the wife's interview and I can understand why that all happened the way it did without it being anything other than self defense.

I'm not saying he's a good guy, but legally and morally based on what we currently know he hasn't done anything wrong.

I am basing my opinion only on logic and currently known facts.

I will say it's interesting that the race brigadiers keep focusing on the rap/black thing, when lots of other races listen to rap too.

The felon thug crew could be light beige to african black for all I care, and I would still feel the same way about it. Same for the businessguy.

Sure:rolleyes:

No current history?

Convicted of DUI, drank at the wedding and picking up more alcohol- reason to flee

Per interview with GF, Dunn has a history of confronting black teenagers over rap music and just shot up a vehicle - reason to flee

Never contacted the police or a lawyer and thankfully caught and arrested at his house hours away from the murder.

Oh and you forget the dozens of eyewitnesses including a police officer who have provided no evidence in favor of Dunn.

Yeah, you're not a racist or anything.

I routinely stand up for all races, I could not care any less about race. You can keep screaming racist all you want, of course you're nowhere to be found unless a young black man is accused of a crime.

And you call me racist?

this is like that treyvon martin thing all over again. wasnt there some million man march over how innocent treyvon was, a so called innocent little kid killed.... but then later it turns out he had pictures of pot plants AND guns in his cell phone, and texts relating to dealing pot, and he also had bum fight videos that he personally filmed with his phone. hmmm

Yet his family said he was an innocent kid in the wrong place at the wrong time..... so theres no way his cell phone could contain that stuff right? Pshhh

Yea, he was a thug that deserved to be treated as such.

False. She said that he was annoyed by music, usually rap, being played at obscene volumes. I don't recall anything about confronting in that interview. And he has every legal and moral right to tell them to turn their shit down and be respectful.

I'm not saying it would be smart, but if they reply to him getting upset by pointing a shotgun at him then it's absolutely self defense. They're free to tell him to screw off, or call 911, or simply ignore him.

I haven't heard any eyewitness or police officer account that is not in his favor in relation to this self-defense case, other than stories from the felon thug crew. Nothing in his history indicates that he has ever pointed a gun or shot at someone in his past.

As is typical with you, you don't understand that this man needs to be proven guilty not proven innocent.

But, keep up with the race brigaide misinformation campaign. It's people just like you who create racial division in this country.

For what it's worth, I don't think the felon thug crew should be charged with any crime, unless absolute proof comes out that they ditched that gun.

I have yet to hear of any logical reason for them to leave that gas station, circle a parking lot, then return to the scene of the crime.

Idiot, stop lying like usual. http://jacksonville.com/news/crime/...is-killer-didnt-mention-seeing-gun-girlfriend

Rouer said it was common for Dunn, 46, to complain about “thug music,” but it was unusual for him to confront someone over it.

But several witnesses, including a police officer making a nearby DUI arrest, said the vehicle left the parking lot but stopped about 400 feet away. After realizing Davis had been shot, the driver of the Durango drove in reverse back to the gas station, returning less than two minutes after leaving, police reports said.

None of the witnesses saw a gun or any other weapon in the Durango.

Now, take your racist ass back to stormfront.

Logical reason? Crazy white guy shooting at them? 911 dispatcher probably told them to go back to the gas station since the criminal thug took off.

Right.......

So you are a crew of young men, including a felon out on probation, and you are politely listening to rap music while some random crazy guy pulls up and unloads into the SUV for no reason whatsoever before his girlfriend jumps in and they zoom away.

Their first instinct is to leave? Like what, some high speed pursuit? The businessguy already left.... Anyone in this situation would call 911, maybe look for the guy and be ready, or even drive and leave the area...

Their specific actions of only going 400 feet away to ditch the gun, while on a cellphone to get someone to pick up the gun (not 911 no one was shot right?), cannot be logical explained so far.

You got caught lying again. You got own'd.

??? It's exactly what I said... They GF never said he had any history of confronting someone. Why don't you post the actual audio rather than a rephrase from someone else.

I would've thought you'd learn your lesson by now.

What? Need to lie more? The teenagers were playing their music loud. Dunn has a history of confronts these type of kids. Davis told him to Fuck off. And Dunn, like you and Spidey isn't going to let some black thug talk back to them and lost his cool.

And when someone is shooting at you, yes you're going to take off. They pulled over realizing one of them was shoot, called 911 and went back to get assistance. Dunn fled the scene and after learning he killed someone, fled the county and made no attempt to contact authorities or his lawyer. Yes, that's what thugs do.

And again:

After realizing Davis had been shot, the driver of the Durango drove in reverse back to the gas station, returning less than two minutes after leaving, police reports said.

Please stop spreading misinformation in this thread. You are a liar. Dunn and his girlfriend had not already left when the victims fled. No, Dunn was so scared that he got out of his car and continued shooting at them as they drove away. This is not disputed, it is a fact. It's in his interview with the police. Read and watch here: http://jacksonville.com/news/crime/...t-police-interview-after-killing-jordan-davis

I imagine it's pretty easy to see things your way when you make up your own facts to fit your prejudgment.

Please, I have lied about nothing.

All of the initial reports indicated that the felon thug crew left AFTER the businessman and his girlfriend. If that has changed I would certainly love to see an actual witness statement.

However, it really doesn't change my opinion either way. The felon thug crew didn't leave, pull over, call 911.

They left and circled a parking lot. They claimed they didn't know one of the crew was shot... Yeah right.

Take a few steps back and look at this situation without emotion and bias.

And let me remind you that the forum track record for supporting these outright thugs is nothing but losses.

You choose to look like a thug, act like a thug, don't be surprised when you're treated like a thug.

This is a crew that runs with current felons, not some all A rap superstar group. They're thugs, society doesn't care about them and neither do I.

They are being treated the way they want to be treated.

So in a group of people in a car one of them has a record that makes the entire carload a "thug crew"??

But I'm not racist

So I would ask, who the fuck does Dunn think he is? What put him in charge of dictating volume and type of music? If music was that loud to begin with why pull up next to it? If that was the only spot and knowing you were just going to be there a few minutes, why not just stay in your car with windows up and leave after coping your next round of booze?
