Please, I have lied about nothing.

All of the initial reports indicated that the felon thug crew left AFTER the businessman and his girlfriend. If that has changed I would certainly love to see an actual witness statement.

However, it really doesn't change my opinion either way. The felon thug crew didn't leave, pull over, call 911.

They left and circled a parking lot. They claimed they didn't know one of the crew was shot... Yeah right.

Take a few steps back and look at this situation without emotion and bias.

Of course they left, they were being shot at. Wow. Yes, they should have stayed so Dunn could have executed them all. Your racism blinds you to the facts.

So, honestly, who here hasn't wanted to unload into a car full of people you hate while they play their obnoxious music?

I know I have an almost un-controllable need to murder every last person in the vehicle when I pull up on a truck with a scrotum dangling from the hitch, hillbilly bullshit 'music' blaring, and redneck half-wits staring slack-jawed, confused as to why jacking their car up on tractor-tires has caused them to lose vehicle maneuverability.

This is why I don't own a gun.

He fired because they verbally threatened him and showed a weapon.

Not because of loud music. Accept that.

You can't verbally threaten somebody's life and not expect to get shot. Dont do that.

If that were the case why didn't he stay and explain this to the police dept.? HE FLED THE SCENE AND HAD TO BE IDENTIFIED BY HIS TAG#, THEN HE CAME UP WITH "I WAS THREATENED" CRAP, accept that. Most people hate rap, I do, but a 5 minute gas station stop, gee, JUST IGNORE IT FOR 5 FUCKING F-ING MINUTE'S and go about you way..

Because they were still a threat.

You going to hang around after 4 dudes just threatens your life and presented a weapon?

No, you wouldn't. You'd get the hell out if there.

Don't threaten people or you may get shot.

So if someone threatens to kick your ass while open-carrying then you have the right to shoot them preemptively, yes?

So in a group of people in a car one of them has a record that makes the entire carload a "thug crew"??

But I'm not racist

<snip>

Look, this is an unfortunate fact of life. Most people who routinely run with criminals like this tend to follow this thug lifestyle.

This wasn't wasn't some nice guy who used to have a history but is turning his life around.

He is a felon on probation, for some serious crimes. Sorry but when your crew includes felons on probation that's enough to be socially suspicious.

Again, I'm not saying throw these kids in jail for that simple fact alone, but just like in the 'other case' you can make certain social assumptions just based on what they were wrapped up in.

Now dunn, while not a particular intelligent guy, had no "current history" or problems. His girlfriend(wife?) openly admitted that it wouldn't be surprising for him to have said something to these thugs blasting loud music, but that's completely different from him having some sort of legitimate history like the felon thug crew. He broke no law, while they pointed a shotgun at him through the window and dumped it.

Add in the fact that they not only were accused of pointing a shotgun at him, but then went and circled the parking lot next door BEFORE returning to the scene (where this supposed murderer was waiting?) a few minutes later.

It just doesn't make sense. And so far, I haven't seen any evidence which even comes close to showing this man as guilty. Nothing. Every single thing logically adds up, with nothing to disprove it.

So why again are you all calling for this man's blood? It is way too early to be hanging someone, again.

No, that's his story AFTER he was caught, no shotgun was ever found, he could have drove a few blocks away, to be "safe" called 911 and report the entire event, nope, HE WAS APPREHENDED AT HIS HOUSE, he did NOT call the police, why? KILLING SOMEONE OVER ANNOYING MUSIC is kinda illegal. Don't even start the "they dumped the gun" crap, Dunn probably got told to STFU then got pissed and started shooting, any logical person would want the police to see the alleged "gun" and would stay close to the scene to avoid a 1st degree murder charge, nope, HE HAULED ASS for a reason, that being he killed a kid because he was PO at him.

You don't know situational awareness.

If it comes to a point where you must fire at the threat you do and un ass out of there. Your life is on the line. You don't hang around while the thug gang figures out what happened and can retaliate.

He did all things right apart from calling 911 first.

Remember this if you threaten somebody. You may get dead.

You'll be dead and then from the grace you hope the shooter slipped up. But you're still dead.

"serious crimes", I believe what the guy in the SUV was charged with was possession of stolen property. Serious not found.

Felony conviction is pretty damn serious.

It makes one a felon. It's a huge deal.

But do keep on defending criminals. Hang around then enough and you may get dead.

You think the more logical explanation is that he shot them because their music was loud?

Be creative:
"Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuure! I should stay around the people who threatened me with their gun! Logical!"

I'm not hanging around them or defending them. Calling someone that was allegedly in possession of a stolen car stereo a "serious felon" is just delusional. Then again, based on the posters that are using that terminology, I'm not surprised.

A felony is a damned serious crime. That's why it's classified as a felony.

Convicted of a felony is extremely serious.

Or do you believe it was just a little rape? Not real rape?

Excellent strawman. Back to stormfront or your weekly cross burning.

Who gives a shit, neither of those involved was a felon. Dunn did have a DUI conviction which may be a reason why he fled.

Don't know what unusual implies?

Unusual = not usual. Things that happen once are not usual. Things that happen sometimes but infrequently are not usual. Things that never happen are not usual. From the girlfriend's usage of that phrase, she is saying nothing to prove a history of multiple confrontations.

I meant stay in the area, drive a few blocks, stop and call the cops right then and there, why not?, he shot in "self-defense" right? would you not want the cops to catch the shotgun with them? would you want to NOT appear to be a fleeing felon who just shot an unarmed person and left the scene without calling the cops??.

this is like that treyvon martin thing all over again. wasnt there some million man march over how innocent treyvon was, a so called innocent little kid killed.... but then later it turns out he had pictures of pot plants AND guns in his cell phone, and texts relating to dealing pot, and he also had bum fight videos that he personally filmed with his phone. hmmm

Yet his family said he was an innocent kid in the wrong place at the wrong time..... so theres no way his cell phone could contain that stuff right? Pshhh

Yea, he was a thug that deserved to be treated as such.

/case

Not even close, this was in broad daylight at a gas station with plenty of wittiness's, I despise rap too but pumping 9 rounds into a crowded car then hauling ass is a bit over the top, huh?. whatever pics were on TM's phone are completely irrelevant to that case, fact is he was unarmed when that incident took place but hey, 'ol GZ has a domestic abuse conviction so he's a douche and deserves to get shot by your reasoning.

/facepalm

If Dunn never confronted teenagers over loud music before, the gf would have said never not that it was unusual for him to do so.

Definition of UNUSUAL
: not usual : uncommon, rare

Where is never in the definition?

Does unusual mean "not usual" or not? The existence of words of similar (but non-identical) meaning does not preclude others.
