Help!

I've tried to get DPAD running, but it generates an error. I've sent it to Microsoft, but they haven't gotten back with a solution (which is generally the case.)

My OS is Windows XP Pro x64 on an AMD FX-60.

What kind of error? Please give us some details - someone may have seen it! Error codes? Error messages? BSOD? :Q

It just says Exception and dumps info on dozens of modules starting with muon1. the exception: 0xc0000005 Access Violation

How was school? :Q

It went very well, Thanks. I think the racetrack I was at (http://thunderhill.com) was the only place in California it *wasn't* raining today. Unfortunately, many people stayed away, as heavy rain was predicted. Of course, that just meant a much more wide open track for everyone else.

I graduated 26 new racers into the AFM today. Very satisfying. As I myself am temporarily semi-retired from racing, it's kind of like a "legacy", if you will.

Sounds just great ---

🙂 semi-retired? From motorbikes parhaps, but not from DC-racing.😀
:sun: Must be also very safisfying (spelling???) being able to feel the wind and speed ... I remember those days - although I was in (car) ralley ... in the seventies.

DPAD doesn't want to run on my PIII fleet. They're Windows XPe, and barf on some BOINC projects as well. 🙁

XP Embedded is a different animal altogether. EWF protected C drive, funkily partitioned D and E. Missing core components, etc, etc....

I agree, 12 days no new work: 11 339 pending credits (down from 26 000 pending ...).
Some of my pending credits are more than 24 days old ...

Congrats to...
Caferace for passing his 1 000 000 Mpts milestone
Lizardth for passing her 100 000 Mpts milestone
... the 27th of february!

Awsome crunching! 😀

So what you're saying is, it will at long last get above freezing? 😀

edit: Thx for the congrats, Peter..

No, not above - but the sun will shine, it'll be clear weatherand some -6 degrees C. That is just perfect for skiing - and for watching the eclipse of the moon ... 😉
