OK, the poll is closed.
The results above stand. 2/3 majority for switching projects ...

Thus TAS switches projects from NanoHive@home to DPAD.

Lets finish/empty the WUs for NanoHive, install DPAD and crunch!!!!

I'll do the Nanohive-stats later today (it is Sunday ...)

Good night!

hehe, no if that ain't a concidence:

We've uploaded a new client application to NanoHive@Home (NHAH) - NHAH_QSMAKAS version 5.06. This version fixes the bug that popped up an error dialog which blocked the BOINC Manager until the dialog was closed. The progress calculation has also been adjusted so that WUs won't reach, and stay at 99.99% complete for hours. We've also reset everybody's maximum results per day to 50.

We recommend currently active participants to Reset the project once their current WU completes to get the new client application. If you've Suspended NHAH because of the error dialog pop-up bug, please Reset then Resume the project.

We have agreed, that the project whioch won the poll would be the proejct for TAS until March 31, 2007.

At least that is how I understand the previuos posts ...

Well, we know that he listens to the crunchers.
But the crashing application was only one reason for the switch ... the credit inflation and the massive "pending credits" were two ther reassons (at least for me ... )

Looks like nothing has changed in the first place:

PoorBoy: Still getting the Pop Up Error with the new v5.06 Application. When I woke up this morning I had 3 PC's with the Error showing ... !!!

Nflight: I too am showing continuing Errors with the version 5.06

:(

Oh well, time for a change ...

Thanks for the stats petrusbroder. I think the change to Dpad will be good, we need to give this project a real boost.

It seems to be a number. Yours is 9263. Point to your name in the TeAm stats to see it.

I guess that depends on who's trying to surmount it. ;) I've already done twice as much as you have.

With no support, I think I'll stop or slow ABC for awhile in about a week, once we pass the "GOERLITZ CRUNCHING ALLIANCE".

I'd like to hit ABC in the future, but most TAS people tend to shy away from pure "math" projects. Not that all of DC is not pure math, mind you. :)

I don't know what it is about DPAD, but I love it. Hmm. I need to find a place to put the laptop so it can crunch too....

Since February 18, 00:00 UTC, TAS has produced 753 964.0 Mpts - not too shabby for 46 hours of work ...

Please get more cores, computers and vod-cows working! We need the revenue = Mpts! ;)

Since February 18, 00:00 UTC, TAS has produced 1 328 200.1 Mpts. Good production in not quite three days (stats were current 20:07 UTC).

That is 19 532 Mpts/hour - for TAS only!

Some more cores or comps, please? ;) :p

Johan, have you added your TAS-comps to DPAD? If not, please do so! The crunching power is needed!

MC is fine with multiple PCs on a network, but for a single PCs you want to know the creds of, MRV will do the job just fine. :)
