Omfg... Its not just the Trumpists... Ideocracy is all around us... Wtf? Schools out???
I know right. Idiocracy is all around us.

500 million dollars / 327 million people
Millions cancel out
500 dollars / 327 people
Do the sort thingy
500/327 dollars per person
= ~1.53 dollars per person

And the way its presented... In production, how many ppl did this talking point pass without being contested?

I was going to point out that math isn't that poster's strong suit.
Unless Bloomberg is going to be spending 327 trillion.

327,000,000 people/$500,000,000.

I fail to see how any sort of mathematical operation needs to be done here. It's obvious without calculating anything that it's a little over a buck a person. There's almost as many people as dollars so that's, you know, a red flag that $1 million per person made be just a tad off. One could be forgiven for not knowing that exact amount $1.53 but these journalists accepted a claim without giving even a superficial look at the numbers.

Holy crap, not one but TWO people failed to notice such a horrendous math error?

My absolute favorite part of this is that when they put the tweet up and they're both kind of chuckling as they read it, and you think that they're about to just riff on it a bit and laugh about the absurd error, and then BOOM!, nope! M Night Shaymalan twist.

Could the dementia reports about Biden have some truth? It's down to the last Dem person now and I don't want to give up and have to face another Repub win in November. I'm thinking maybe the dread of Trump winning will override worries about Biden having any memory problems. And serve as snub to the conservatives when or if Biden wins in Nov.

And then the VP and others can take up slack caused by his memory issues if any during his term. I'm trying to be inspirational about it, whatever helps. This is under the assumption Sanders would lose if he was the nominee due to his policies being possibly too far to the left. edit - but even then hopefully that assumption is wrong if Sanders is the nominee: that the dread of a Repub win would override fears of socialist policies.

Trump will likely win. Be prepared.
Roll with the candidate who gets the most primary votes and get behind them no matter what.

Joe doesn't need to be the sharpest tack in the box to put together & inspire a team to run the country rather than burning it down. They won't have to devote much time to lying to covering his ass or shredding the departments they lead as a matter of policy. We probably won't be getting dozens of delusion inspiring tweets a day, either. He won't be micromanaging for the sake of political points. It's not like he's dangerously deranged in the first place.

Want a govt that actually works? Hire Democrats. We have people for that who aren't just GOP yes men & sycophants.

Depends on whether it comes across as "I'm an older guy and tired from travelling across the country campaigning" which can be overlooked, or if it comes across as full-blown "Onion Belt" dementia.

Of course all those professionals are biased against Trump so this can be dismissed.

He may not have to be that sharp to run the country *if* he gets elected, but he has to be sharp enough to look competent in the debates and the rest of the campaign in order to get elected.

What’s weird is that nobody makes concern threads about Trump despite him clearly showing way more evidence of dementia.

Why?

It doesn't matter with Trump, people expect it from him like it's a Feature. Back in 2016, he and Hillary were the 2 most unpopular Presidential Candidates in US History. He being the Washington Outsider helped a lot to make a difference.

Trump's issues manifest differently, he doesn't stop talking and doesn't appear confused. Biden just fades out mid-sentence and does appear confused.

It’s Tuesday again! Will the Joementum continue or will Bernie bounce back? 6 states in total voting today. Sounds like Michigan won’t have results for days.
