Doing something different doesn't mean good. It may mean slightly better than trash but it doesn't mean good. There are also lots of people in Hollywood, or on the fringes of Hollywood, who are making actual good films. These are the ones I prefer to watch.
 
^^^^ I didn't care for the sex scenes in Watchmen either but I really enjoyed that movie. (Saw it in the theatre)
And I'll almost definitely be watching this movie if my mom will let me spend some money on a night out. (Stupid bitch keeps my money away from me)

Wow I didn't realize 300 only had a 60% on RT.

It doesn't help that Sucker Punch has a lineup of mostly shitty actors...
 
Hadn't even heard of it until I was at the bar with a friend last night and a preview came up on one of the TVs. At that point he said, "We are going to see that Friday night for sure," and I had to ask what the hell it was. Got my interest, though.

"only"? I think that's high for that movie. It was entertaining as far as that goes, and visually cool, but dialogue and acting wise you had to try not to laugh. Cheese factor was high.
 
What the hell did I just watch? I'm seriously asking, because I don't know. I think I'm the one that ended up with a lobotomy after watching this movie.
 
I've been rather excited for this for a while.

I kinda wanna go tonight, but friends aren't able to until tomorrow.

Tempted to solo it tonight, & then see it again tomorrow night with friends, but if it's not good paying twice isn't going to be so fun...

I honestly wouldn't waste your time. It's more like someone took a bunch of random shit... steampunk nazis... mechanical giant samurai and put it into a "movie."

The only thing that was good was it had some interesting tracks. The only one I could easily pick out was a remix of Jefferson Airplane's White Rabbit (original in link).
 
No 3d = me no see

If I go out, it has to be for something I can't get at home. I haven't coughed up the dough for 3d yet.
 
It's it's anywhere close to as entertaining as 300 i'd be very happy, as i loved 300.
