Hope Steam has BC2 as part of their end of second week sale. For those that can't wait, Gamersgate has it for a little over $11.

you think you're obsessive, i sat there and crafted the one positive income potion for several hours to get tons of cash so i could buy everything. i also went back through my savegames a couple times to get a lot of different endings.

i should play the game through with a different class. something harder. i played through with an elf warrior class first.

Nope. You definitely have me beat in the obsessive department!

Out of today's sales, I would really recommend Kotor if you don't have it. I'm not sure what the other guy meant by buggy, in reference to Kotor. Maybe he was talking about Kotor 2? It had issues when released from what I remember. Kotor also a widescreen patch available, but it seems to be somewhat unclear whether steam is okay with it.

I've been doing a recent play through of Kotor and am rather amazed that it still looks good. Its from late 2003, but I've found that most earlier 3D games start to look worse over time. (in part due to comparison of course)

I'll probably pick up the Neverwinter Nights 2 pack, I haven't played that.

I purchased a Borderlands GOTY 4 pack and still have one license unsold. PM if interested in paying $18.75 via PayPal. Thx.

You didn't read the thread did you? The mods are very against selling your pack here as it's against the TOS of steam. You are simply NOT ALLOWED TO SELL YOUR GAMES VIA STEAM.

I grabbed Mirror's edge today, I wanted to play it when it came out but couldn't justify it then. At $5 I figured it was worth trying.

You can pick up Prey from Gamersgate for $2.49 and apparently the cd key can be activated on Steam. Another game for your collection. The GG page says it uses securom though.

Thanks for the info. Just added Prey to my Steam account using the GG serial.

I bought the Serious Sam HD pack today. Not sure if anything else merits my attention but I've heard Killing Floor offers a great multiplayer experience.

I enjoyed NWN2; the last expansion pact is more of a chore but the rest is ok. Also I think there are suppose to be some decent download campaign but I havent' tried any yet (I played quite a few good ones with nwn).

I purchased SS HD (1,2) during some sale last year. I had played hte originals and there was not much of a difference. Also the games were not as good as I remembered. After far cry I've been a bit spoiled and havent' really played a decent FPS since.

Is IL2 a game or a simulation? I was really interested in Wings of Prey....until I read about how horrible their DRM is and the service provided by the Russian developer. That scared me away....whether valid or not.

I'd really love to add a combat flight simulator type of game, but I'm more about flying around and shooting down planes than I am how realistic the simulator is.

Its a simulator. If you do not like taking off from the ground, while waiting several minutes for your wingmates to take off first, then circling overhead waiting for the time to go, then spending several more minutes traveling to your objective, and then having a realistic battle in which you have limited ammo, altitude is a scarce and precious resource, getting hits is hard, etc., and probably crashing or dying many, many times before you can pull off any or all of these steps (including getting off the ground) successfully, then no this probably isn't what you are looking for.

Otherwise, its an awesome game.

In for Rush. I'd like IL-2 on Steam so I will research the DRM for it and maybe buy it.

Much like Gir I'm singing The Doom Song right now.

Oh and Rush is a nice, polished little coffee break puzzle game. Would recommend.

Oooo, I kind of want to buy the Crysis games now although I won't be able to play them for a few months. I plan on putting together a gaming box as I start working pretty soon and have wanted to play these like crazy.
