While I would love that, I find it relatively unlikely as it would require AMD to bet on the market viability of a very large die SoC (Renoir with Vega 8 is already quite large, so unless there are dramatic density improvements from 5nm anything with 14 RDNA CUs would be very large) - unless of course MCM APUs are feasible at that point. That would of course be the ideal scenario, as they could pair an already existing CCD and possibly even reuse a low-end dGPU die for the iGPU as long as it's small enough to fit on the package, which could give us a lot more than 14 CUs (though likely at low clocks to avoid burning our motherboards). But without MCM APUs I doubt we'll see that big an increase.Hopefully we get and APU with at least 14 CU on DDR 5. I also hope AMD gets their APU processors out around the same time as the non APU processors since they no longer have to utilize Global Foundaries.
