And while it's interesting that the goalposts for high crimes have been moved to something more like high treason, the constitutional reality is that Trump commits a high crime every time a foreign dignitary stays at one of his hotels or golfs at one his resorts. And God knows what other ways he's using the Office of the Presidency for personal gain. The Emoluments Clause still exists.
