Released report text:

Redacted except for the word “no” on page 20 and the word “collusion” on page 458.

Trump tweets total vindication.

Colbert did that joke but instead of no collusion the only two non-redacted words were:

WHICH HUNT

I can already see everyone in P&N frothing at the mouth.

I'm excited to see how much of let down it is for everyone that thinks it's going to be some giant damning report.

The only one frothing is from what Putin left dribbling down your chin michal1980. I think he said he left you a Hershey's Kiss on your biten pillow... Enjoyskov...

No more indictments. Sealed or otherwise. The narrative is set. One side will point to the underlying behaviour. The other vindication.

Do you have a link showing there are no sealed indictments? Everything I've seen doesn't say there are no sealed indictments.

Little disappointed Jared or Jr didn’t get indicted however I get the point that they’d just be pardoned.
Trump would have to be a monster not to pardon them.

Since we're making our own silly predictions.

/tinfoil hat

Mueller was hired by Trump with the intent of having a protracted investigation that ultimately (and purposely) finds nothing, which will boost his campaign going into the next election cycle. And we'll be stuck with the orange marshmallow another 4 years.

I thought I heard Blitzer reading from some letter on CNN

Here ya go... he's notifying Congress that he will be reviewing the report with Mueller/Rosenstein this weekend and that this letter could be released to the public.

One thing many people are missing is that Mueller has 17 (or so) sealed indictments that haven't dropped yet... I wonder if Uday, Qusay and/or Lolita are among the sealed indictments. If there are crimes that they were involved in originating out of NY, I wonder if Mueller is forwarding prosecution of them to SDNY to prevent a pardon for them.

Still so many possibilities here...

If by that, you mean no smoking gun, then yes, that will probably be the case.
It seemed, at this point, that another hole in the sieve of possibilities could be a guideline against indicting a sitting president. There are extant opinions being voiced at this time that point to other holes in that sieve.

We're not out of the woods yet. The entire report, redactions notwithstanding, will need to be reviewed by Congress and the public.

Beyond that, as the pundit now explains, Congress and the public still need to assess whether we have a deeply corrupt or incompetent president who risks compromising the National Interest.

And then, there are the various cases pending in SDNY and elsewhere. Jared and Ivanka are not off the hook. It may be the Don Jr. is not off the hook. And there's still that very big question mark about Individual 1.

You can expect that Mueller will eventually be called before one or more committees to testify.

via a DOJ source.
Yep. I would be somewhat surprised for the DoJ to lie as I expect much of the report will leak at some point. Also, I won't be shocked if there are no bombshells in this report and it serves more to refer smaller crimes to other parties.

The report should be released in its entirety

On that we can entirely agree. One way or the other, the people should know. We know Russia interfered in our election, we have surely done that to others, so it might be somewhat hypocritical.. but we should care.

The bombshells may be buried in it as landmines to be read carefully. If there are redactions to protect GJ information of ongoing investigations, that's a handful of additional loose threads.

Watch the way Trump tries to spin this for the moment, though.

NYT says "No new charges."

I just heard the same thing on ABC News (radio). That doesn't mean that there won't be any new charges out of specific jurisdictions. As far as the report goes, I'm expecting to be disappointed by it. Long experience with various government investigations over the years has taught me that people are allowed to get away with shit.

I'll be happy as fuck if I'm wrong, that's for sure. But our years-long national nightmare is far from over, IMO.

Well said. Too many unknowns to predict. We're headed into the thick of it, bet on that.

One of the important things to remember is that the DoJ won't release information about ongoing investigations or naming persons investigated but not charged, like Individual_1. OTOH, the DoJ really can't hold anything back from Congressional committees, either.

For all we know the report may be so damning that Trump will be forced to resign.
