Used it last night to buy some food and they never gave it back to me.
In the meantime, they've racked up hundreds of $s in charges.
I've got the longest Japanese name. I can't understand how they are getting away with it.

You used it LAST NIGHT and are only on the phone to them now? WTF dude? You should have called up the company as soon as you didn't get it back, hell, you should have said "WhereTF is my card" to whoever used it, and not gone until you had the card.
How could you let that happen?

My CC is something that I NEVER leave the restaraunt without. I watch those bastards like a hawk when they take my card and expect it back in my hands or on the table in a reasonable amount of time. Then I watch my online statement a couple of days afterwards just to make sure they're not trying to fvck me.

How? I'm working late. Sometimes you forget things when you've got other things on your mind. The woman took my card to a different station, worked on the transaction for about a minute came back with the receipt, I talked to her about something and forgot to get the card back.

It isn't necessarily the cashier that took it - for all you know it could have slid under something on the table, she might have dropped it on the way over, etc, etc.
