And I'm amazed that I haven't received a letter like that from my ISP yet. Granted I don't do a lot of downloading, but on occassion I do get a few TV shows that are being monitored.

I had something similar happen when I was using a p2p program awhile ago. I got all nervous about it but nothing really happend. I called cox up and told them that I unshared the files and no one seemed to give a $hit about it in the first place. Unless they sue you directly, lay off the downloads for a bit and try not to leave up bt for so long.

im pretty sure i got the SAME EXACT EMAIL from cox back in july of last year.

Seeing as how they didnt do a damn thing, I suggest you just not bother with it, they arent going to suspend your account.
