Give her the same reaction the next time she asks you to mow the lawn or wash the car.
tried it... the whole double standards thing kicked in.

And you have only been married a few months.....you are in for a life of hell if you don't learn how to deal with this kind of crap NOW.
I'm not even marry yet, and the gf wouldn't do it. She rarely do the laundry (even her own), and forget the cooking (she cooked twice in a year, and they were out of bags/cans). However, threatens to cut off the sex work some of the time.

And that was a sad sad day :(

heh...and you are probably one of those deluded males who think a wife only belongs in the kitchen.....
Ha ha, yeah that makes me laugh, the guys who think that. I mean, how' she going to clean the house if she can't leave the kitchen?

Start all your requests with "Damnit woman..." and wear a dirty wifebeater while holding a beer.
This may only work in the south so YMMV, :)

My friend tells me this is exactly why he doesnt date (I quote) "American bitch women, who will bait you in and then enslave you" - he said that EXACTLY the way I typed it here.

Anyway I think he is right. Women (mind you, *I* didnt single out American women) have become very career minded these days, and end up going home after competing with other men all damn day at work. And then COMPETE with their husbands.

Oh the other rant - what is it with women getting married in their upper 30s and *demanding* to have a baby right away? WTF is up with that?

I think you are going to need a time-machine.

There is no way you will find a woman who truly believes she only needs to go to the bedroom and kitchen in this day and age.

All we're telling you is set her in her place.

I'm sure you are giving her the sausage and bringing home the bacon.

All I can say to that is that you will have a very unexciting marriage if you have a woman like that.

A healthy marriage is where both of you keep each other on your toes.

If there is nothing new coming out of her (ie, she doesn't grow) or she is very timid...I bet that you'll find her extremely boring and complain that she is just cold.

He ASKED her to sort his socks, he did not demand it or order her to do it......there is a big difference and this has nothing to do with feminism. Maybe she was already doing laundry and she just dumped his socks in the bakset and he asked since he as busy doing all the crap on his Sundaymorning Honey-Do list.

There are some things that one person doesn't ask another person to do for them.Sorting of socks is one of them.
