People love working for me because I don't make it so I have to manage. That's management skills.

No fear, that just makes them spend 40 hours a week thinking about another job instead of working, just hiring right, setting high standards and clear goals and good remuneration.
Businesses should just stop hiring Democrats. They don't want them to succeed anyway.
whats next?
Anyone who eats red meat cant work a job?
Vegans onry?
Credit check, criminal check, drug test, IQ test, psychology test, dna test, etc.
Hell, lets just all wear cameras and our bosses can monitor everything we do from the day we're born.
You can't do an IQ test anymore... Supreme court said no go. But next time you walk into a convenience store see on whom the camera's are pointed. Half are on employees... everything else is GTG.
Good. An employer focusing on lowering healthcare costs. No government intervention necessary.
Good rule. Smokers waste a lot of time, well, smoking throughout the day. Not to mention if they don't even care about their bodies how can they care about your bottom line?
Only the healthy allowed to work, only the working allowed to be healthy.
Forget Hitler and Stalin, corporations will rule the world. I'm not sure which I would prefer.
This is a good thing. I always thought how it was so horrible that just beside one of the major entrances into our hospital, from at least before sunup till after sundown, there would be nurses, and techs, and cleaners, sitting there smoking, right in front of patients. It's basically impossible for people to get in during the day without walking through a foul-smelling smog of tobacco smoke. And yet we preach to everyone in the hospital when they're getting care that quitting smoking is the biggest single change they can do to improve their health.
Smokers do not apply
I came across this today, and I was surprised. What's next, having employees hopping on a scale and taking a BMI?
Thoughts?

OTOH, as long as it's a private company they can do want they want IMO.
How soon before your Employer starts telling you where to Shop? You're creating something worse than Communism.
I'm with Zebo on this one. The amount of extra break time smokers take is significant. It also makes a bad impression if your employees are interacting with clients.
Where can they legally smoke nowadays anyway? Especially in places with outdoor smoking bans?
Seems like the business has to setup a smoking lounge or something, but wouldn't the smoke get out and risk making the company liable for second hand smoke damages?
