That was the season finale? Only found out because The Following is back next week in its timeslot -- can't believe that's still going.

3rd reboot: all that build up to fight molach ends in a 1min scene b4 the opening credits w/Henry killing his master (Molach). then the rest of the reboot 1/2 season is dealing w/the aftermath.

4th reboot: go back in time and change the future

Well we knew more horsemen were coming not to mention there was one episode dealing with pestilence so I see the first 2 as one.

My biggest issue is they seemed to have the horseman of death and war switched as the headless horseman should had been war and not death for so many reasons.

hopefully next season (if there's a next season) will answer these questions:

- If moloch is dead, then how is the headless horseman still alive?
Henry lost his powers + immortality as horseman of war. he still has some powers because he's a half witch.
How the hell is a guy w/o a head still moving?

- when the headless horseman fought that angel, why wasn't he killed by the angel's circular weapon?
that fight happened after moloch was dead. if henry no longer had immortality, then the horseman shouldn't either.

- what happened to the Frankenstein monster?
and why did it help Icabod in the first place? It has the head of the horseman. shouldn't it side w/the headless horseman?

agree.

thankfully they (finally) got rid of Henry. And Katrina. and the silly Molach/Horsemen of Apocalypse arc.

hopefully next season it will be back what the Legend of Sleepy Hollow is all about:
Icabod vs the Headless Horseman (and the bridge he cant cross)

IMDB suggests that this is going to be an 18 episode season... That's more than Person of Interest, which makes me go WTF and be somewhat happy.

sad 🙁 i could never get into sleepy hollow, but i love PoI and it is the only show i watch nowadays

years ago a season was 23 episodes.
now 18?

and wtf capturing the Horseman so easily?
and draining him to create a new monster?
I have the same BAD feeling about this reboot as the previous ones. (4 if you're keeping account and its only the 3rd season. 😱 )

god damn it.. sleepy hollow is supposed to be about the horseman, icabod, and the bridge the horseman cant cross.

THe Horseman in action has almost as much screen time as a Red Shirt on Star Trek.

I want to see more of the Headless Horseman w/the AR-15 like in my OP!
 
Horseman's been played out. They pretty much finished the storyline in the first season.

Episode orders appear to be getting lower and lower unless it's a low cost, 30 minute sitcom. It should get rid of the clip shows, at least.

British shows seem to have a 10-ish episode order per "series." Except stuff like Foyle's War. Episodes are like two hours long with commercials but only 2 or 3 a season.
 
Pandora, as in Pandora's box?!
and I doubt the horseman's dead. I bet he'll be fine when released from that box.

this has gotten a Stargate feeling to it.
Egyptian gods, asgardian mythos, Atlantis, merlin + the holy grail.

so this season of sleepy hollow revolves around the Pandora's box mythos.
Wonder what popular tale when (not if) a reboot in Jan will bring? big foot/lockness monster?

hm.. and I guess since Betsy Ross is in the opening credits, she's going to appear often.
somehow I bet she'll be more than just icabod's flashbacks and will be able to interact w/him.

it wrapped up pretty nicely.

Pandora defeated, her box destroyed.
I'm assuming that the Horseman got released from the box.

and just like clockwork, I'm going to predict a reboot for the 2nd half of this season in jan 2016.

I hope next season isn't just chasing all the monsters that were released from her box.

Aw, damnit. I was playing Fallout 4 while "watching" the episode so I watched without watching. Is that what happened? I remember a lot of grenades.
 
Don't you just love it when they recycle plot lines? I guess I should have seen this coming with the mid-season finale. Oh well.
 
Surprised to see this back last night. Completely forgot what happened at the end of the mid-season finale. This is probably done once the season ends. On the other hand, two more seasons and it'll make a great syndication cash cow.
