Sidney Powell flipping

One other co-conspirator, Hall, also pled guilty earlier to 5 misdemeanors (vs. Powell's 6) for 5 years probation.

I think the DA doesn't want to show her entire hand in early trials with plea offers, and saving for the big kahuna. Still to see if Cheesbro takes a plea deal before trial starts jury selection this week.

Conviction on the RICO charge is a felony, 5-20 years, which was dropped for Powell and Hall in the plea deals.

So we finally find out what the "Kraken" really was: Testifying against Trump.

Watching the real time reactions from the Qtard base right now is hilarious and pathetic.

When will they realize they were conned?

Between this and the Nuremberg 2.0 guy, Reiner Fuellmich, getting busted for grifting his gullible followers for millions... their whole conspiracy world is crumbling.

Clearly she's completely innocent and they pressured her to make her lie. This is Lawfare against Trump and anyone associated with him. No one who has ever pleaded guilty on the right is actually guilty.

She'll be disbarred as a result. And also, she was Trump's counsel in several cases. It'll be worth it.

Oh, and she'll burn her future on the GQP circuit as well. This will impact her more than on the surface suggests.

First reaction is similar to many here, that's it?

But on the other hand, I'm sure part of the plea bargain is handing over evidence against the rest of the GQP crowd, and testifying against them.

She seemed pretty pissed that she was cut off from the legal funding grift/gravy train that other Trump-adjacent defendants were privy to.

I’m guessing this was a calculation Trump and his lawyers just got wrong—they thought they didn’t have to pay her because she was a true believer and loyal. Loyalty for criminals always comes with a price.
