They had a zero percent chance of achieving what you are saying. That’s totally changing the scenario of what happened into a grand conspiracy that would likely involve many other crimes.
Also the potential six years in jail is being left out.


In many states if you fail to commit murder it is the punishment as doing the act….

Even though they failed … massively… they still did try… they should get the same punishment as if they succeeded

Correct and I believe a $10k fine plus up to six years imprisonment is appropriate.
