This is exactly the kind of crap we get from you idiots. Leave the thinking to people with brains. With as unpopular as the war would be you don't think Bush would jump at the chance to say "We found nukes and biological weapons. IT'S WAR TIME!

Idiots?? If your an American how dare you call me an idiot!! I'm working my a$$ off to protect your freedom and to ensure people like Saddam don't use those weapons when he damn well pleases. Screw your damn values and get the hell out and move to Iraq! Heck just move anywhere but here. We'll see just how fast you change your mind.

We as a county elected all of our congressmen, judges, presidents,... etc. If you think going over there is so damn stupid then you can only blame yourself for electing those who you put into power. No one said you had to like what President Bush is doing, but yet we don't hear a damn thing vaild on why you think we shouldn't go over there, except proof. History is proof enough.

Damn man, Saddam used chemical weapons against Iran troops. Don't you think he would do the same thing to anyone else who pisses him off?
You won't see the light until someone you care about gets killed from a idiot like him, who could care less about you wanting Proof before we go in. Your just another sucker that thinks we should give him a break when in fact he's using that time to conceal what he doesn't want the world to see.

Your an idiot for being so blind sided against our military. Oh and BTW: as we speak, 10,000 troops are leaving CA. for the gulf.

This discussion is OVER.... people like you just piss me off when your at work drinking your coffee, posting in this BBS, while you have fellow Americans getting ready to protect your ASSests.

Maybe some day you'll wise up and respect those who served, and stand behind the people YOU put in office. Don't blame me, blame yourself.

Your the IDIOT!!

You sound like a 13yr who's played to much Counter Strike.

I try and argue the points you bring up (namely your BS about how they're not even going to tell us if they find something over there) and all you can do is spew crap.

we don't hear a damn thing vaild on why you think we shouldn't go over there

How about large numbers of Americans killed in a war for dubious reasons?

at work drinking your coffee, posting in this BBS

I'm not at work or drinking coffee. Are you posting from the battlefield?

flavio,

you better damn well respect your army. They are the ones protecting you. If you despise the armed forces, and our government so much, move the hell out! There is nothing stopping you, except for the INS, but paperwork will sort that out.

I'm sick and tired of people like you. People that say, 'OH I HATE AMERICA AND ITS GOVERNMENT AND ARMED FORCED BUT I STIL LIVE HERE'.

Move out of here. I can't wait to see the faces on some of you liberals if we get some kind of nuke sent towards us because we stalled so much. You liberals make me sick to my stomach sometimes.

Tell me, when and how do you expect to see a so called Liberals face when a "Nuke"is sent towards us? You say something idiotic like that and then you wonder why nobody takes what you say seriously? You sound exactly like one of them low browed Bubba's who call into Limbaughs program just so he could tell you what and how to think. Conservatives all around shake their head in disgust over the notion that you believe you belong to their ranks and further more feel like you can actually speak for them as a group.

Where did I say I despise the armed forces or government? I missed that part.

..and why do you think liberals are the only ones that don't like war? Is that how it works for you?

Conservatives-> Love War.......Liberals-> Don't Like War?

....And what if we get a nuke sent towards us because of Bush's actions? What will your face look like?

Good come back.. Did you create that yourself?

At least if I was in the battlefield, I would have rest assured you wouldn't be there.
I wouldn't want you backing me during a fire fight anyway.

Need help packing your bags?? :p

Your, You're - Did you just pull a English major out of your hat? I don't think anyone really cares in this forum if they
make a typo that minor. Does it really matter? So I type fast; you still got the point.

It's just pretty pathetic when you misspell something IN the sentence you're calling someone an idiot in. See?

Not to mention the fact that you run away from a debate. What else are you going to run away from?

I'm just pointing out the irony.

So you are 13?

This is getting pointless. I'm going to go out and do something with my Friday night now. If you figure out something intelligent to say in the meantime I will respond when I get back. Just to get back on track:

Where?

1) At some point in the near future the U.N. sanctions on Iraq will have to be lifted.
2) When the sanctions are lifted Iraq will have billions in oil dollars to spend.
3) Do you want Saddam spending those dollars on more weapons?
4) What are the chances that Saddam will want to use his pretty new toys when he gets them?
5) Will it be easier and less costly to remove him before or after he rebuilds his military.

To me the only points above that can be questioned are #3 and #4. Will Saddam rebuild his military and acquire more weapons and what would he do with them once he gets them?

Are the consequences of those two points worth the possible repercussions of taking him out now? Which leads to what are the possibilities of what Saddam could do if he was fully rearmed. Would he be a stabalizing influence in the volitile region of the Middle East or could he act to destabalize it and cause futher wars.

Could the UN and allied forces have removed Saddam from Kuwait if he had had nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them onto Tel Aviv in the Gulf War?

You have coherent, and absolutely accurate arguments. Very good. What people don't realize is Saddam, with his support for anti western terrorists, can and may very well be compelled to to use his weapons against Israel, and I think that is a very big part of the guidence(from Bush's advisors) for immediate action to disarm Iraq so that that the will of the terrorists is not brought to fruition.

Exactly.
