Anybody who watched the People's Choice awards(not me), or has seen any news at all, know about this. I can't find a link, could somebody find it for me?

Well, anyway, Sheryl Crow comes in, wins an award, and has a shirt that says "War is not the answer". And then she then says that "war is not the answer to anything, the resolution would be too not have any enemies".

Is she living in never never land? She should go back to drugs, she sounded a lot smarter when she was doing it.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I will note and file her opinion, along with the rest of 'celebrities' political opinions, deep inside my ass never to be heard from again.

Ok here,

""War is based on greed, and there are huge karmic retributions that will follow," Crow explained backstage. "And I think war is never the answer to solving our problems. I think the best way to solving problems is to not have enemies.""

From: Washington Post.

LOL. If only it were that easy. Would anyone else love to see an alternate universe with people like this in charge, and see what happens? Hey Osama, here's a flower. Make peace, not love. Don't take off the safety! And another secretary of state is gunned down.

And another idiotic Hollywood celebrity is Martin Sheen. I mean, come on, your only the president on a TV show, you are not our president, so sit down, shut up, and get some help for your jailed son.

Wait a minute. It really depends on what the question is. :p

FrancesBeansRevenge -- Before you get so happy about being a war monger, you may want to consider what you'd say if you had to be close to where you could acquire high velocity lead poisoning. We may end up having to do this, but Bush-lite is so war happy, he should join you, there. Maybe he could take his druggie fugly daughters with him to learn about it up close and personal.

Please explain to me how I am a 'war monger'.

You wish harm upon Bush' daughters because they are 'druggies' and 'fugly'? What kind of fscked up sh!t is that? Is this typical behaviour of 'liberals'?

The typical war monger argument, don't worry, that's the sign that a liberal is losing an argument. :p

I wish that I had a platform so I could tell people like Sheryl Crow to cram it up her stupid ass.

I have a lot more respect for someone who actually gets involved instead of just sporting a t-shirt on TV.

Yeah, cause that war thing never did anything like save Europe from Hitler or liberate the colonies from Great Britain so they could form the United States and craft itself into a country where she can make her music and not wear bras and make half-a$$ed statements.

So, when you consume alcohol, you are normal and simply exercising a right. When the daughter of the president consumes it, she is a druggie? Typical liberals.

OK, comrad, stifle free speach and opinion from the celebs, who have more at stake than you, by offering themselves for a cause and endure your pathetic scrutiny. They have the wherewithall and money to go to Iraq or Pakistan,or wherever and see first hand what your politcally motivated media does not show you. Then when they, with a modicom of informed first hand knowledge express that WAR is not the answer, you arm chair windbags who have nothing to lose, proclaim they have no right to talk, and express their opinion.

Screw you you freakin communists. I fought in Viet Nam war, My father fought there and Korea, my grandfather fought in WWII and my Great grandfather fought in WWI. STFU! They and I earned the right to speak out for or against this war drum beating. You maggots have done nothing----HEAR THAT? NOTHING!

Cheryl Crow can say what she wants, and so can Martin Sheen. I said so. You can go to hell.

BTW, I support the war effort. I just don't support your attitude that someone with a differing opinion should be censored. You are just what Stalin would call a good buddy.:|

One thing I noticed at the American Music Awards, in addition to Sheryl Crow's political statement, was that one of the rap stars was wearing an eagle medallion that had "BUSH!" on the bottom of it. Her message isn't the only message..

Umm... not a single person said to censor her. *Looks around* Nope. People just disagreed with her idiotic comments and justification. Aren't you disagreeing with the people in this thread? Same type of deal minus the chest beating and the ego.
