I'm not really racing against anyone in particular right now except myself... I'd set a personal goal of 6K by the end of this year, which I figured was probably doable; a goal of 7K by the end of this year is probably pushing it, cuz I'd have be doing at least 42/day now till Dec 31st to get it(not likely).

What the heck! Polo, go ahead and put me up on the board for a race(personal) to 7,000; it's not likely I'll reach it, but it might be fun to see how long it takes me! :)

Hehe! I wonder where those 15 WU's came from? I'm definitely not going to complain, but I'd like to know how that happened so I can do it more often! :)


p.s. Have any of you noticed a lot of extremely low radio angle ranges recently? My last three WU's were .0028, .0076 and .0007 which is really putting a damper on the output of my main system, raising my average time per WU from ~9 hours to ~15 for these last three... :(

Badthad, congrats on reaching 5000!!! (Man that is alot!) 300+ looks like next to nothing, when compaired. Thanks for the race, man that was close.

OUCH!! :( I guess that 7 was to make up for the 15 I got the other day... (Actually, good old QWEST decided to turn off the DSL line in my wife's office over the weekend, and 2 PII 350's, a K6-2 500 and 2 PII 233's were sitting idle because I haven't had a chance set up SETIQ yet...) :(:|:(:|:(:|:(:|

Didn't mean to scare anyone. While I was on vacation the power to my office went out, and the machines didn't come back up after the outage. Fortunately, my home system was cracking away the entire time. Gotta luv SETIDriver. That's why I was able to dump 30 last night.

Polo, looks like your slowly pulling away from me, especially since I had 2 days with no WU's.:( Looks like I have some serious catching up to do.

My sympathies to Vader2k & FD for lost output :( ,spoils the race.

Oh yeah ,I've temporarily upgraded the PII 233 @ 263 for a PII 400 @ 448 :D

Damn ,I still can't flush.Just as well my 2nd in command has a 24/7 connection ,he's still getting WU's when I can't.

I finally broke down and started installing SETI Driver on my herd. Tired of s@h outtages. Big headache for me going around and restarting all the stalled clients...ahhhhhh, my troubles are over. Hopefully my output will go up a bit, since some of those PC's were running the screen saver. Gonna take a day or two to realize the benefit cause they all restarted at 0%. :(

Polo - Count me down to 7000 wu's. (Wonder if I can beat NWM?) :)

Yay! "Yesterday was this participant's best day ever!" Hehe! Another day like this and this race will be over... (another day at my normal rate and Assim will beat me by about half a day.. :)) This race might come down to whoever flushes their WU's first tomorrow... :D

Edit: I just looked at the actual current stats right now, and I have 279 WU's and Assim1 has 2966. That means I need 21 more and Assim needs 34... I could certainly use another 18 today, but it's not very likely...

I demand a recount of all WU's favorable to me, and we need to toss out any WU's submitted for Assim which don't have a proper postmark on them!! :):):):)

You need to update your info! I'm most definitely NOT in a race with BadThad to 7k! I know he'll get there before I will.. I simply want to see if I can get to 7k before Dec 31st.. my race is against time and therefore SOLO.

Hey Assim1, it looks like you finally got your system to flush! :(

Current stats show Assim at 2990 and me at 285...as long as you don't have any more WU's stored up some where, this could still be a close race... :)

Nope. I probably have 2 in my cache at home right now, but current stats show Assim1 at 2997 and me at 288, so there's not much I can do about it at this point... (I'll still get fourth place though, which isn't bad considering that about 3 weeks ago I was averaging 1 WU per day!) :)
