Badthad, do you have broadband at home, and a CD burner or Zip drive? I hope you do, because I'm writing the rest of this post based on that assumption.
I have a pretty good idea on how to assimilate the rest of those computers...just think of what would happen to our team's output with an additional 300 WU/day!!! :Q:Q:Q And, my idea doesn't rely on sending ANY data through your company's firewall.
Now, lets figure 300 PC's of various speed would average maybe 1 WU/day/PC in an 8 hour work day.
Now, 300 PC's * 360 KB/WU = 108 MB or so per day of WU's. Easily small enough to fit on a CD-R/CD-RW, or even a Zip 250. You could use 2 Zip 100's too.
Remember, SETI result files are MUCH smaller than the WU's. Looking at my few results sitting on my computer waiting to be flushed, result files are about 2-3 KB each. 300 PC's * 3 KB/result is about 1 MB, which will fit on a floppy fine.
Here's what I suggest you do. Set up a SETIQ server for your entire building on a PC in your cubicle (don't you have like 5? lol). I'd keep about 3-4 days worth of WU's on the server. Also, you'll need to setup a SETIQ server on a PC at your house if you don't have one already. Then, use a CD or Zip disk to shuttle WU's from your home PC to the SETIQ server at work. You can use a floppy or Zip disk to get the results back home. I believe this should put no data through your company's firewall.
Just remember to turn off SETIQ before messing with the WU's so it doesn't get confused.
