I just emailed them and asked for a price adjustment. I won't even receive the order I paid $124 for until next week. Hope they're an agreeable lot.
 
caved in @ 106 + tax = ~114 shipped. Couldnt resist it. I had placed an order last week for it for ~$134 shipped but cancelled it after 5 min of order placing. This time, i just couldnt resist...lol.

All I can say to you guys is: Thanks and DARN..lol

after emailing them, I decided to call, even if it wasn't toll-free. Friggin' rep not only refused to adjust my price, but said I'd get nicked a 15% restocking fee if I refused delivery on the psu that's due here Monday. Grrrr.....

deng it jumped up? I was thinking about ordering it too.... how smart is it to order the PSU when I don't even have the motherboard/cpu/anything else 😛

I guess I could always slap it into my current comp to make sure it runs....

My idea too. I don't have ANYTHING but my old system. Well today I jumped on the DDR VX deal, but 2 components isn't going to cut it for a system =P... Still waiting for the X2 3800+

If you get it here, you get the crazy 600W version fo rless than you can find the 500W ver for... jump now.. return later...
 
true enough... *sigh* but i cringe at the 15% restocking fee lol time to read up on the warrenty/return policy some more
 
Thanks guys. Last week I saw it for $105 and didn't act fast enough. Looks like it cost me a buck, but I got it this time.
 
Anyone who received one from the last deal know if these are the new versions? I'm thinking the only reason the price is so low is that they are clearencing out the older models.
 
Mines comes in Tuesday. I don't think I'll bother calling about getting mine at $124, sounds like their CSR is scary
 
I think the only issue with this PSU for overclocking is the split rails. Good deal unfortunately I jumped on a different PSU.
