But the modern world is so effed in the head about love and responsibility that many only look at this in dispassionately scientific manner. As if that is all that is going on here - the mechanics of biology. Do you really think I care what some gas bag politician says? I don't. It took me over 20 years to finally realize that the political posturing by republican members of the house, senate and presidency were lies. Most only seemed to cared about acquiring power and and, hence, money. Not about actually doing anything.

Willing mothers are beautiful. You are forcing motherhood, that's obscene. You conflating the two is horrific.

There is nothing great about forced motherhood onto people who don't want, are not ready and/or can't provide- and especially into a society who does little to help along the way.

Sadly, I doubt you’d reciprocate the behavior and allow some one to make that choice themselves. I do find it amazing Christians can somehow equate being pro choice with not appreciating the beauty of motherhood. That's nuts.

Not only do I appreciate my mother, but I have two lovely nieces and appreciate seeing the bond of my sister with her kids.

Really when you don't want to force people to become a mother except by choice it means you actually do appreciate mothers that do want to become mothers, because you respect women way more than those who see them as conception carrying vessels.

The more you respect women, it means the more you can appreciate motherhood.

I agree that religion in general is corrupt, but not with those who still have faith in God. There is still a remnant. Of the 56 who signed the Declaration of Independence, 29 actually held seminary degrees. This nation has Christian roots, but we have turned away from God. The only protection that can keep us safe and sound. And in the absence of God's protection, we only get one thing: A curse from the prince of darkness.

Or do you expect me to buy into planned parenthoods billion dollar a year murder of unborn/partial birth/newborn babies? There is a HUGE hole in this debate if you are advocating for the murder of unborn babies (ie. if you are pro death). Little tip: The only thing that will stop a pro death supporter in his/her tracks is to bring up the imagery of the act of abortion itself. Generally speaking they begin to short circuit when you show them pictures of murdered children that are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, the most fragile creation on this earth, getting butchered like a piece of meat. It's not a sign that leaves you for a long time, and there is nothing they can say to get around the true, grizzly and homicidal schizophrenia that is planned parenthood.

Do you not realize that procreation is necessary for the viability of mankind? Does that just fly right over your head? You do realize pregnancy is a natural, biological process, right? That’s because it’s not a compromise. A pro lifer wants the fetus to come to term and a pro choice person wants women to be able to make their own choices, all your “compromise” has done is to pick an arbitrary point where fetus can be killed and women no longer get a say in what happens to their body.

There is only one choice where beliefs aren’t forced upon other people and each position is respected and that’s the pro choice position. People who are anti abortion are free to carry their fetus to term and the pro choice person can decide for themselves what they want to do. Anything short of that is forcing one’s beliefs on another.
