Trump Pressed Australian Leader to Help Barr Investigate Mueller Inquiry’s Origins

I honestly dont think this moron can tell the difference between whats legal and not. Its just crime all the way down, cause, whats wrong with that? Right?

So this is his response to Papadoupoulus spilling the beans and essentially initiating everything because it was Aussie intel that overheard the entitled little twerp bragging about all the collusion he was doing? Guess he's going to argue that Aussie intelligence is anti-Trump biased....because that makes sense.

Now that the existence of concealed call transcripts and notes are known there is no way that ever more of this kind of stuff isn't going to leak.

It's entirely possible the House will uncover dozens more impeachable offenses.

Rudy will obviously claim attorney client privilege.

He can say that but he wasn't acting in his capacity as Trump's attorney. At a minimum a court order to comply is likely. If he really pushes it inherent contempt could come into play. Nobody would mind seeing Rudy dragged away in cuffs to a holding cell...arguably a fitting end.

Well, I mean, he'll probably *try*. But not even putting aside the crime-fraud exception, his little "I will be the hero" speech where he said, "I’m not acting as a lawyer. I’m acting as someone who has devoted most of his life to straightening out government" that is going to make that awfully tough.

This is just shy of executive privilege, right? So I assume there is no protection here when an impeachment inquiry comes knocking.

Not if the attorney is part of the client's scheme. The House needs to have an arrest warrant ready for contempt and let the SCOTUS get around to hearing it... eventually.

Be great if Rudy was the first guy in recent history to warm up a bed in the house jail cell.

Jesus did he ask for dirt on his political opponents on every call?!

“Hello?! You know I’ve done a little business with you with out much circle one hand pats the back of the other many people say.

I need a favor. Many people are talking about Hunter Biden.

..Sir this is an Arby’s.....”

Guys I’m sure Trump just wanted to make sure Australian intelligence activities are up to snuff it just so happens that it once again directly relates to domestic politics that trump thinks benefit him.
