This guy is a grade A maroon.

The most amazing thing this about this is how brazenly dishonest the President is about it all. He did not release an "exact transcript" as it clearly states on the top of what he released.

That is one possible outcome. I think Democrats currently have the power to force that or force war. By war I don't necessarily mean physical civil war, but it would mean not hiding behind the guise of a solvent governmental system.

Unlike the GOP, Dems have more respect for our institutions & our form of democracy than to discard them over Trump. The House will issue a writ of impeachment rather shortly & the Senate will deal with it from there. More writs can be issued thereafter, depending on the evidence. If the GOP decides to keep Trump thru the election, then the voters will decide. The Republic will survive only if it's defended. Dems are doing that.

I'm confident Trump has been shedding voters ever since the election. He & his Russian friends created a wave of craziness that put him into office. That sort of peak insanity can't be maintained. A lot of people who took a chance on Trump won't do the same thing again, not with the way it's been turning out. Once bitten twice shy.
