They should have stopped @ T2.
They should have started and stopped with T2
Both are still good films

i dont think it has anything to do with the crushed arm in the wheel. cyberdine systems probably backed up their data at a remote location so destroying the building had no effect. every company backs up data.

Actually, I really don't like #1, #2 is ok. I'll watch it occasionally.

Why send it to 2003?
Well, whatever the Terminator they sent does will clearly affect them, so they won't know. Too many continuiums.![]()

I heard about that event, but i didnt think the movie was actually shown there. The director actually got up on stage and said "you are the first audience in the world to see this movie" so it wouldnt make sense if he was down in irvine the next before playing it...

Saw the movie. I enjoye it. Had some funny lines in it. Arnie doesn't say much. Me and a mate were joking they were giving out the scripts and handed everyone a file of papers. Then when it comes to arnie they give him a double sided piece of paper lol.
One thing that didn't fly with me was this. They said something about them being able to reprogramm his cpu. WTF? The cpu doesn't get reprogrammed its the software in memory that gets reprogrammed. Once the cpu is set it just is right? The cpu is built of gates and such calculates it using logic right?

I have not seen T3, but there was a piece of T2 that got cut out of the theatrical release. Where they (John and Sara Connor) did something to reprogram or unlock the CPU within the terminator.
