Well you'd be a little thrown off if you read from the original post about him not learning how to kill a TX from killing the T1000 in T2. If it's yet another Arnold from the future, why would he mention that in the original post?Originally posted by: notfred

To avoid spoilers, just say if it was explained in T3 how he comes back.
Dude, he's a machine, there are probably thousands of him to be sent back.
Viper GTS
Yeah, they just sent back another one. Did you wonder how he got sent back in T2 after getting crushed in the first movie?

But if the evil guys in the future are sending back terminators to kill the kid, why is it that they can only send one every 10 years? Why wouldn't they send the next one to the same time period? I mean, if you have the ability to time travel, you should never fail. You could send one terminator after another to 1992, until you've killed the 12 year old kid. Why let him age before sending the next one?

That's one of the inherent problem with time traveling. It's been asked millions of times for every time traveling show. The answer is...no one knows.
Why send it to 2003?
What's the problem ?Originally posted by: Kiyup

Thats not the point!
The whole thing about him being destroyed in the lava stuff was that when he was destroyed and all the microchips and such were destroyed they would have never been able to be created in the first place.
Sooo.. this means something had to have been left behind or something to that effect in order to be created in the future where they could come back in time and prevent their own creation which means they never would have been made which means they never would have been sent back---------
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
man i hate time travel.. except in austin powers where they told you to just "deal with it"
Wow did you not see the ending of T2 at all ? All of it... hot-liquid-magma.Originally posted by: LordMaul

Remember Arnold's arm that got stuck in the big gears at the metal plant?
That was never taken care of.
I could be wrong, as I haven't seen the movie, but that sounds plausible...

Ahh I mistook that for the T1 scene when his arm wasn't crushed, but was just sticking out of the compressor. My fault. Good call.Originally posted by: filmmaker

Right, but he is right about part of his arm getting crushed in the gears.

Right. They tossed in Arnold, and they tossed in the old arm and chip from the 1st movie, but they didn't toss in the arm that got ripped off of Arnold when the T-1000 crushed it in the gears, causing Arnold to tear it off to get free...remember?
