Talk to them, potential economic sanctions. They won't really do anything with their nukes though.

Plus, it's not like we can go invading them - we are bogged down in Iraq and Afghanistan and we're bleeding money so there isn't much we can spare to invade another place.


But I love all this talking shit now. Blame Obama when we've effectively ignored the problem for the last dozen years. It's so fucking stupid, this name calling back and forth, trying to place blame on one person or another. The Congress - full of people that don't give a shit about Americans and just want to score political points (and then the morons here that defend those assholes).

NEVER underestimate people in power with nothing to lose and a weapon at their disposal. Nothing so dangerous in this world as a man with nothing to lose and a mission to take out as many as possible before they go.

Nukes are useless to Iran offensively. They can't use them - to do so leads to their own destruction. Nukes are useful to Iran defensively, against nations who love talking about invading them.

So...if I understand what you're saying...you're betting that they're not stupid enough to use a nuke and we should basically do nothing except for additional sanctions which (we both agree) will probably do nothing. I think that you're underestimating their hatred for Israel.

HumblePie is engaging in a bit of hyperbole here, but I have to note that there is far too much power vested in the executive for me to think that "President Palin" is anything but an almost certain disaster.
