Well the UK builds its own warheads, but they still rely on US Technology and the Trident Missile itself to deliver these warheads on target. They get many crucial missile components also.

We don't have launch authority over their systems though so kinda irrelevant where the missile is made. If the US cut off Trident support they'd still be functional for a long time, certainly long enough for the UK to deploy alternate delivery means. They're no stranger to cruise missiles and gravity bombs.
